I purchased a very expensive KitchenAid refrigerator three years ago which has failed and cant be repaired. It took their service techs two weeks for the problem to be correctly diagnosed. I was told that going forward that I would have to now deal directly with KitchenAid (Whirlpool) about the warranty issue and that Haywood Appliance was out of the picture from a service standpoint. On top of that I was told it might take KitchenAid up to two weeks to get in contact with me on the warranty claim! It looks like I will be without a working refrigerator for up to six weeks. Very disappointed with Haywood Appliance and KitchenAid and their customer service.

We purchased a complete appliance package from Haywood Appliance almost four years ago. WEehave since sold the home but keep in contact with the new owner. We never had nor has the current owner had any issues with the appliances.

They will not service anything that was purchased elsewhere. I would think taking care of customers would draw people away from competitors
