Promise appliance was wonderful! Professional, timely and the price was great! Richard responded to my call right away. My dryer stopped working, he was there same day, ordered the part and returned as promised. I will only use Promise Appliance, and highly recommend this company. Thank you Richard! I called 3 times for each time someone to hang up, later I was sent to voicemail in which I left a massage. He called right back, but while talking about the service he hangs up again! At first I thought there maybe something wrong with the phone...now I think hes just rude.
