The owner is rude. I just happen to drive by the store and am in need of a refrigerator so I stopped in to look around. Asked the man behind the counter how old a certain refrigerator was. He did not answer my question but instead heatedly lectured me on how he was the owner of the store, how many years he had been in the business and how many appliances he had sold. I was taken aback by his reaction to my simple question but I needed a refrigerator so I continued and asked if the refrigerators came with a warranty. This time he even more heatedly lectured me on how warranties just cover defects and workmanship and how these refrigerators are working now so obviously there are no defects or bad workmanship and then he finished with “and refrigerators don’t just break”. I didn’t know what to say to that as refrigerators obviously do just break. And now the owner of an appliance store is hostile because a customer had asked how old the appliance was and did it come with a warranty. I told him very calmly that he was being rude and turned to leave. I turned back at the door to look at him and shooed me away with his hands and said yelled “bye bye” as he and the guy from the back both laughed. The customer service was so bad so quickly that it could have been an episode on one of those hidden camera shows. Obviously I will never buy an appliance from this store and I recommend that you do not buy an appliance at this store either.

I bought a used refrigerator in January 6, 2017. Paid $429. It worked for about 3 weeks. I called him and told him it wasnt working. He said hed call me back but never did. I tried calling back several times but because I work until 4 it was always closed. Finally took time off and went. He sent someone to find out it didnt have freon. He sent the guy and never told me I had to pay for the visit or the freon until after the guy was here. I spoke to him and he told me nothing comes with any guarantee or warranty. Bad business. You should make sure these appliances working properly when you sell them, not try to milk the customer for more money. Would discourage anyone from buying from here.

Went in to buy a heating element for my dryer. Man said was there any heat at all ? Yes, warm but takes for ever to dry the clothes. You dont need a heating element, the vent hose is clogged up. Just clean it out and try it. That was it, works perfect, good to meet an honest business man today

This man is no ex-military..Just an old Crotchety angry grumpy punk.. He is rude to women and anyone who questions his appliances which usually break in the first 2-3 days. I think he is a self hating homosexual and a closet alcoholic with no friends and just gay internet porn for company.

The owner at this store is a rude jerk and does not stand behind what he sells. I dont even give him one star. His appliances are overpriced and he picks and chooses whether he warrants them or not after the fact. I will never purchase another item from this store.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a fridge that lasted 30 days. They fix it and it lasted two days. For some reason they blame my tenant that he was complaining about the fridge because he had not paid rent. Dah he is section 8.
