Better Business Bureau Rating is a D-. We bought a washer from this place about a month ago and it has been nothing but problems. The installers put on a hose with a hole in it and when I called them they told me I had to schedule an appointment to have someone come out and replace the hose. Then, the motor went out and we had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment for someone to come and replace the motor. Now its making a noise and ApplianceSmart is telling us we have to call the manufacturer to schedule an appointment for any further maintenance or replacement. I understand they didnt build the washer, but the customer service is terrible. If you have any other options, pursue those. Do everything you can to avoid buying an appliance from ApplianceSmart. I wish we had checked their Better Business Rating before we purchased from them.
