I came in to have 5 inches cut off of a 4x4 post that my father-in-law bought for his new mail box. I asked a lady at the front desk if someone could cut it for me. It had already been cut once by this Home Depot. After waiting around for 5 minutes I was informed that no one could cut my post. And that they were trained not to cut it. I was told this by an employee standing about 50 feet away from me yelling at me because she wouldnt walk over and politely tell me. No only that, she first told me that everyone was out to lunch at 6:30 in the afternoon. Thats why I wont be giving this Home Depot any of my business.

Less than my previous visits, really disappointed, a tool I wanted to buy/see wasnt on display, and the help wouldnt take it out of the case, so I could see it, so I walked away, that and the VA discount has been discontinued, left rather unhappy this time, may just go elsewhere the next time!

The stores very well-kept. Only reason for four stars is we couldnt find anyone to help us. Their prices were a little high compared to Menards in Columbus
