worst experience I have ever had with a so called company.The store was informed that the old washer was full of water.the salesman tells me the installers will take care of draining the water.The installers show up they are told about the water in the washer. Now they put straps on the washer and try to take it out of the basement.UP 3 STEPS WATER POURS OUT ON MY CARPETED STEPS AND BASEMENT.ALL I GOT WAS "sorry dude"next they take the washer back where it was and dumped the water in the floor drain WHICH IS WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.I tried to clean the carpet.now I have to have it professionally cleaned.THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Wow guys, there are new owners now. Father and Son business . They both can fix anything. They came out to do a repair within the time promised and the quote was very reasonable. They ordered a part and came back within 2 days and came on time again. If you ever need an appliance fixed you know you need to have a reliable good place to call. This is it. Keep their number!!
