I needed a part for my Kenmore washer yesterday. The Sears store in town didnt know what part I was talking about, didnt stock the parts, and made it clear that I was wasting their time asking questions. When I came to North Side Appliances, they knew exactly what I was talking about, had the part in hand within a minute, and had friendly service. This morning when I encountered a problem putting the part in, I called the store to ask a question and they were happy to answer it for me. That is service done right.

We purchased an LG front loading washing machine from North Side Appliance. This is a family owned and operated business located between Bashor Road and Peddlers Village on the south side of US 33. The staff (really, the family members) were courteous, friendly, and sincere. There was no hard sell involved whatsoever - they gave us useful information and were confident in the quality of their products. Well gladly return when were once again on the market for good appliances and service.
