I am writing this in anger. I spent around $250/ month on furniture rental for a three bedroom apartment. After 6 months of careful use and thorough cleaning before pick up, I was charged half a months rent for damages. I had Cort come and pick up the furniture after I moved out. Apparently there was a broken end table and missing dresser mirror. What!?!?! The end table is metal, first of all. And 2nd, everything was there when I left. Heres what I think...I think the gentleman who picked up the furniture must have shattered the mirror, threw it away (hence missing), and dropped the table in transit. What a way to shatter confidence in the company. I will never rent from Cort again. And I highly suggest that you dont either!!!
