Not only the worst furniture shopping experience ever, but the worst shopping experience in general. Ive purchased several C&B pieces over the years and its always been smooth sailing. This time I was preparing for a big move and purchased five figures worth of pieces. The salesperson told me a few pieces were out of stock but that theyd arrive by mid July. The rest would arrive July 1st, four weeks out. July 1st comes and goes, nothing. They call the next morning and say theyll be there between 9-12. Nothing. Another call that itd be 4-7. Nothing. No calls, no notifications. I make some desperate calls and they promise my furniture in a week and a half. Unacceptable but I want my furniture so I accept with their guarantee that it will arrive on July 11th. In the meantime, I call to get an updated ETA on the backordered pieces. They tell me that its now going to be late August before I can have my furniture. Ive now decided to cancel the order except for the sofa that is supposed to arrive on July 11th. And of course, today the truck arrives without the sofa. So to date, Ive paid this store five figures, spent four entire days waiting for deliveries that werent coming, gotten zero proactive phone calls, and have lived in an empty house waiting on their empty promises. C&B will never earn my business again.

Its a Crate and Barrel, so you pretty much know what to expect. This location, however, is one of the largest and best laid-out locations Ive visited. The bottom floor is all decor, kitchen gadgets (could spend all day playing with these!), and plates, etc. The top floor is all furniture. Service is lacking, and staff dont care to be friendly or helpful, so just know what you are getting in to.

Knowledgeable and friendly service that isnt pushy. They have good quality pieces in many different styles and tastes. The only thing I hated was the super annoying jazzy Christmas music. Too soon. Too cheeseball. Other than that, great.

Encountered a very rude associate who didnt not do what she was supposed to do and I called to tell the manager she needs training, the manager was really rude too. I guess the manager needed training as well.

Im a fan of crate and barrel. Have furniture and household staples with a modern clean taste. This is a nice location with lots of natural light and with two levels. Furniture on second level.

I usually dont give 5 starts but I was assisted by Dion who was exceptional. He took the time to explain us everything and was very knowledgeable. If you need furniture go talk to Dion.

The staff is great! They are very knowledgeable and wonderful with exchanges. We bought a rug and it was too small. We exchanged the rug and they gave us the sale price!

Very good selection. Store is organized by theme, not item, so keep that in mind while browsing. GREAT staff and customer service.
