Hmmm... my Visits to Pavilions is just that, a quick , unplanned stop in hopes of finding what I need from the produce section or other items that I didnt already pick up at another grocery store. I dot usually shop Pavilions as they are a high priced store where you can easily find the SAME food items at Stater Bros. Or another less expensive, non club store. Newport Coast Pavilions is not just my opinion, a very disorganized and dirty store, but the customer service is very underscored in my expirence there. The remodel was way too long and then to stop short, for Im assuming lack of funds...they replace the chek out area with the cheapest, lowest grade lenolium tiles, white in color as a matter of fact. Its a very distasteful flooring t I say the least. The only changes u have seen that are for a moment, noticed, is when the Big Bosses come to visit store. Everything and everyone is hoping and shiny. Long Story short.. I Welcome A RESPONCE from anyone from Pavilions Corporate. As the saying goes...everything that glitters is not gold....

Theyve recently updated the store and they now have a better selection of meat, seafood (including from Santa Monica Seafood), cheese, flower arrangements, etc. The store is very clean, parking is easy, the employees are all pleasant, and prices for most items are reasonable; just make sure to have your Vons card with you which will give you access to the lower prices. The live-playing piano is a nice touch!

I like Pavilions, but sometimes the dairy purchased there has already expired. Also, they sometimes lack important items. I recommend calling in to make sure they have your items.

Conveniently located about 4 minutes north-east of Marriotts Newport Coast Villas. I actually found the groceries to be as affordable as any other quality grocery store.

Best Pavilions anywhere...it has everything, including, sushi, poke, charcuterie, grass-fed beef, prime steaks, bakery, etc.

Very nice store. Bright and clean with everything you could imagine. They have lots of specialty items, coffee etc..

They have the craziest wine selection I have ever seen. They have a wine cellar where every bottle is $100+.
