Highly recommend! Although other places are closer to where I live, I go out of my way to shop at this Omega, because the people working there are highly informed and always make useful recommendations. Unlike some other Sports stores around Durham, such as a larger store not very far from Omega, the people there seem to really care about whether you like to shop there and they want to keep repeat customers. Also, I never receive the impression that they are merely making recommendations just to get me to spend more money either, as I have at some other stores around Durham (which makes me want NEVER to shop at those places). This Omega knows how to do business.

I am just starting out at tennis and was super nervous about trying out shoes and equipment. A local tennis instructor recommended omega to me to try out equipment. The Staff there quickly and kindly helped me with everything:):) made me feel very comfortable and explained all the pros and cons of products at all price points. I was in and out with everything I needed at great prices in like 15 minutes:):):) omega will def be my go-to stop for sports equipment and info from now on. Thank you guys:):)

A friend and I went in to get a soccer ball and left with a tank top, cleats, shoes, and a brand new soccer ball! Needless to say, we had a great time chatting with the employees and checking out their items on sale. From start to finish, we were helped and acknowledged. They answered every question we had and made sure we were helped constantly!

If only all places could be this good. What a pleasant place to got for kids sporting equipment. Bought a youth soccer ball and some more disc golf discs for our kids and the soccer ball went flat shortly after getting home. Went in the next day to exchange it and it wasnt an issue at all. Turned into some really nice conversation.
