Very helpful and attentive staff. Listened to my wife and my needs and fitted us both with excellent running shoes. They took their time and made sure that we were satisfied. It wasnt just trying on shoes - they closely examined our feet and gait - standing, walking, running . . . they got us both into an excellent pair of shoes. They have the newest and best running shoes and other products at decent prices. I would definitely come back again when these shoes wear out. PS - to the last "reviewer" with the negative ad - you should have waited longer - definitely worth the wait. I kind of like the fact that the person helping me only focused on me and not the next customer coming through the door. At no point was she in a hurry and she actually encouraged us to take our time.

Ive really enjoy being a customer at Fleet Feet Sports. I once tried a diffrent brand instead of the normal brand of shoe I use. After using them for a little bit, I found that I didnt like them. I went back to the store to see if I could return them, and without hesitation they did. They really want you to have a shoe that yourre happy with. Great customer service.
