I have been to Omega Sports several times over the years purchasing swimsuits & accessories as well as walking/running shoes. I recently had to have an expensive set of orthotics made for my feet and was really had a hard time finding shoes that were comfortable with these inserts. A salesman (Matt) approached me and asked if I needed help. I told him I was desperate to find shoes that would accommodate my $450 orthotics as well as them being comfortable. He suggested several shoes he thought would be a good fit for me. I stayed there about an hour trying on every shoe so I would feel like I had done my duty & get the best ones to fit my needs. Matt stuck with me and was very accommodating by getting numerous shoes for me to try on. He was a real champ in my opinion and I truly appreciate his help and patience. I would recommend this store to everyone because they are very well-informed on all of their merchandise and can answer any questions you throw at them. I have always had a good experience here.

He was both professional and knowledgeable towards helping my son get fitted with the proper footwear and opened him towards trying different brands which improved comfort. Although they do not have a large selection, when I think of this Omega Sports, I think about service. There staff is very friendly and helpful. I am able to bring in my tennis racquet in and while I am waiting have them put on a new grip tape in minutes. I do not have any experience with their other services, but I have had many friends buy their tennis racquets from Omega after borrowing their lenders and have been very happy with them.

Omega Sports has a good selection of athletic shoes as well as various shoe inserts. The staff is always helpful and friendly. If they dont have the size shoe you are looking for, they are quick to call around to their other local stores to check inventory. Their prices are good as well, especially when they are running a sale. You can sign up to receive their text messages that offer special savings.

Had a stress fracture and needed good support. Went to Omega and was very disappointed. Only had 2 shoes to show me. They were interested in all the hot young girls. They recommend I try going on line or Fleet Feet. They even measured my feet wrong. Fleet Feet was awesome and was able to fit me. Have been wearing the shoes for several days and truly happy. Thank you.

Went in got two quality pairs of waterproof sandals on for 10$ BOGO 50% off, and a pair of real nice Tevas for 34.99 toal was around 50$ for both purchases. Ronald, the manager, I presume is awesome! Great guy, helpful and nice to talk to as well as happy to help! Go here for your sporting shoe needs!!
