On 7/4/16 we bought a washer for our townhouse. I was able to buy it on the phone with a credit card. They came next day and delivered, installed, and hauled away old one. The price was better than anywhere and no extra tack ons .... the price quoted included it all. So when the washer broke in our house , I just called Lorenz and they let me buy over the phone again. No shopping, haggling, comparing.... I saved so much time , I wont ever go anywhere else again, The installers were clean, friendly, and informative. Dont waste your time shopping.... just go to Lorenz. I give them 10 stars, not just 5

When it comes to purchasing appliances, Lorenz Appliances in Homewood is the only place we go. Margie is amazing. Her entire staff is very knowledgeable and can point you to the item that matches your needs. I ordered a GE Profile gas double oven convection range on Tuesday and on Wednesday Benito & Sneed delivered and installed it! They did a fantastic job...even explaining how everything worked. As I said, I wouldnt shop anywhere else but Lorenz Appliances!

When my dishwasher went out, they helped us a find an affordable dishwasher. Even though the dishwasher brand was not that good, they helped us picked out another brand. However, doing the process, the staff there was not too professional. One of the staff members had a hard time explaining certain and did not show respect by looking me in the eye. That didnt sit well with me.
