purchased a few appliances from them and after a few months they fell apart. Contacted owner multiple times to inquire about repairs but never heard back. They are nice folks but are not responsible. Torn clothes and spoiled foods. Not worth it. Compre varios aparatos de aquí y después de un par de meses se descompusieron. Contacté al dueño y deje varios mensajes pero nunca me respondieron. Buying used appliances is always a gamble. Its arrogant to think that the reliability of a used appliance reflects the establishment. We frequently use Felix for our apartments. We understand that we are responsible for paying for the repairs after the warranty is up. Their prices are always reasonable. The people who posted negative reviews should really check their entitlement.

Bought a used dryer for $200, with a 3 month warranty. I asked if I could purchase an extended warranty. The answer was no. I took a chance. Dryer stopped working after 3.5 months. Repair person said it would be $350 to repair the motor.
