Wow - Hersh at Woodland Building supply on Sedgely just made my weekend with his extra-superior customer service. Not only did he make my small order of one 2 x 12 with cuts super easy (instead of treating it like a little pain in the butt request), but he delivered to my home when I realized I had ordered from the wrong Woodland location! Truly above and beyond - easily the best lumber yard service Ive ever gotten in Philly. Now - on to turn this 2 x 12 into a garden bed! Thanks Hersh!

the worst customer service I have ever experience, can never reach anyone, they do not follow up, received defective merchandise, taking weeks to replace, would never never never use this store again, thier prices are the same as home depot, but the frustration of dealing with them if something goes wrong is horrible

Their door person will never answer his phone, and doesnt return calls. Ive tried to get in touch with him for two months and he never calls back. I would not recommend ever using their services as its very frustrating to keep trying to reach someone and have them completely ignore you.
