We had Bertch cabinets made for our new kitchen in 2015. The cabinets are nice, but they were expensive. Also, our contractor said the kitchen design was very vague and hard to follow. They had to get clarification on a lot of things. They made an over range cabinet, even though we told them we were getting a hood. We caught it in the plans, emailed about, and were told the difference in price for eliminating the cabinet. But they forgot and told us it was out fault for not catching their mistake again and would not refund the money for them. Two of the drawers were too wide for their spaces. When I called, I was told all the reasons why I was probably wrong until I took a picture of how scraped it was from rubbing up against the inside of the track space. They sent new drawer boxes, not faces and told me it was my responsibility to remove the old face, drill new holes in the new box, and reassemble the drawer, even though they came assembled. They downright refused to fix their mistake, again. I will say they were extremely responsive to calls and emails until we paid for the cabinets. Then, not so much. I wouldnt recommend them for kitchen cabinets.

Horrible quality interior doors! Purchased solid birch interior doors, special order. Picked the doors up in February and waited until they expanded with the humidity for installation, and of course, I didnt bother to measure them when I picked them up! All doors were shy of specified dimensions. Three were 1/4" shy and one was a whopping 3/8"!! Of course it is now going to cost me extra money for installation and theyre not going to look as good as they should. I am PISSED!! Shame on you Tague for inferior quality control on your products!!

I was a long time customer at Doylestown lumber. The first time I went to tague lumber The guy that helped me was so rude and lazy it wasnt funny. I have to go back because the trim that I needed wasnt in stock and they had to order it the second time I went back the gentleman that helped me was very friendly but I was still a little irritated because the first guy never really ordered the product that I needed.

Not happy at all. Needed some 3/4" plywood for prototyping a design and I got a really bent 4x8 sheet of ply. I know nothing. I figured I could bend it back with some weights. No way. Now Im stuck with $57 in overpriced plywood. They want 20% restock fee. Id rather burn it in the next yard fire.
