Very disappointed in this store. After a certain time at night and before a certain time in the morning they employ between 2 and 4 people to just stand at the front of the store and not help you. Any one of them could jump onto a register and help ring your order, but instead youre forced to use the self-check out machines, which are awful and should never be used for a cart load of shopping. I was so upset when the Walmart closest to me stopped staying open 24/7 because that meant Id have to go further to do my shopping since I am a night owl and only have time to shop between 2 am and 5 am. Now my shopping has fallen behind because I cant find a store that cares enough about its customers to employ people to do more than stand around talking by the front doors all night rather than ring you out.

the guy helping us activate a phone was fantastic. however, it seems they need to beef up security. I bought a 3 pack of phone screen protectors. I opened the pack last night and found that it had already been opened and resealed. someone had stolen one of the protector sheets...they apparently stole a battery from somewhere in the store as well because the packing for the battery was stuffed in my screen protector box. the most random part of this scenario is that they had also put a sticker from a watermelon inside the box as well. not sure 2 hat this person was doing but it seems like they had quite a bit of time to do it.

Do not say yoy price match if you do not. What a joke. Tried to price match a TV from another Walmart and they refused saying they do not price match from other Walmart stores. I asked if you do not price match from your own stored who do you price match from? The manager said well we dont price match clearance items. I said it is a rollback not clearance. He said thats what rollback is. I said well then why do you mark them differently some items rollback and some clearance. What a crock. I attached a picture of the tag from the Fairlawn store that they would not honor.

Purchased natural casing hotdogs - over $10. Got them home only to find out they were a month outdated! Spoke to a manager who was surprisingly polite for that rude store. She refunded double the $., and assured me outdated items would be removed immediately. Went back over a week later, not only were outdated ones still there, more were!! I spoke to the 3rd shift person stocking the area. He REFUSED to remove them! I went back May 3. took pic. On phone on hold with corporate, wait time is over 5 min. Well see how this works out.

We recently did a site to store transaction and had an awesome experience. Once we received the email stating that our item was delivered to the store and ready to be picked up we went to Walmart at our own convineince. Right next to customer service there was a designated area for site to store pick ups. The staff at the station was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the process. They even helped load the item in our vehicle. I would definitely do another site to store transaction if I need to!

***** Excellent pharmacy. * store in general has very poor management. Most clerks are helpful and friendly. Biggest complaints are shelves not being stocked; lack of open registers and lack of training, it took 4 people to cut a yard of fabric because the available clerks did not know how to use the price scanner in the craft department and the manager of the department would not answer the page. Extremely poor management.

I actually hate Wal-Mart but this Wal-Mart is relatively new and the store is always clean. The Wal-Mart customers who shop at this particular Wal-Mart seem less like white trash and hood gangsters and more like normal people. You still get the Wal-Mart freak once in a while but overall if I had to shop at only one Wal-Mart this would be the one.

Though this store does have a wide variety of products and grocery items, I find that more often than not it isnt properly stocked. Whenever I visit, I seek to find polite and conversational employees here as opposed to common Wal-Mart stores. The parking lot was repaved this month (august 2016) which is amazing and free of pot holes!

Me and my friend went to Walmart a rude old lady said you got too many eggs me and her got 11 in total she bought 6 and I bought 5 I put the eggs in her cart because i had to use the restroom the next minute she was screaming at her. Very disrespectful and not well trained.

I think the layout is much better than other Walmart locations around it. Its easier to find things, and check-out is usually quick. This location has the supermarket side and the automotive shop along with a greenhouse. So it has everything you need at one location.

Interesting selection compared to other Walmarts. A little on the dirty side and also usually pretty crowded. Good for quick trips or normal grocery shopping. Comes installed with new self checkouts, Coinstar, bank(s), and some food places. Good return policy.

Called Walmart about 6 on a Sunday and asked how long their Mobile Wireless store was open until and was told until 7. I show up at 6:40 its locked and I was told that theyre only open until the associate leaves and the associate left. Bull crappy policy!!!!

Its a better store then others in the area... surprisingly clean for what it is Has some extra services but I havent ever used them Tire shop has good prices Food stock has turnover So its not outdated like some of the stuff at the other locations

bought a 18ft intex ultra pool, missing a lot of parts to the pool, called the store and took care of me by opening another box and giving me the parts I was missing, awesome response to a serious problem, thanks Mike (supervisor for toys) you were awesome!

Its clean and it feels safe in the parking lot. However, they always seem short staffed. Its difficult to get someone to help you in different departments. Usually you have to track someone down and wait for them to call someone that can help you.

Its walmart. Employees are like a box of chocolates. You dont know whats inside. Some great/happy some crazy/controlling some rude some dont want you to touch top shelf and will chase you down if you take a product for sale. True Story

The only reasons to go here for anything are price and 24hr operation. The lines, excluding self check, are always long. The place always appears poorly organized. Staff is friendly and courteous despite being overworked.

All the associates are very pleasant and helpful if you have a question and they dont have an answer, they will find someone who can and never roll their eyes or have attitudes. I wont shop at any other Walmart.

Walmart is a great place to shop when it come to grabbing staple items and cost; however, there are never enough registers open and depending on when you go, you can experience many items not stocked on shelves.
