Spent about 30 minutes shopping for back to school supplies for college. Went to pay with a $100 bill and the machine that checks if "big bills" are fake or real wasnt working. I hadnt brought my wallet with me, so I had no other way of paying. The manager(Barbara) said that there was nothing she could do. I went next door to target and had them check my $100 bill with a marker and it was completely fine. When I called back to let Barbara know that she might want to check the machine, she didnt seem to care at all and sounded sarcastic on the phone about me even calling back. I was completely professional when I called back because I understand its not staples fault, but at least act like you care on the phone. Completely zero customer service and I didnt get an apology for MY INCONVENIENCE! I will NOT be returning to that store and target got my business instead.

Put in order for two pictures to be printed at 9am it is not 4:35 pm and they still arent ready. I called to check the status and was put on hold for 27 minutes. Finally I hung up and called back and they denied ever recieveing a call from me. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional! Will not be using them again!!!!

I am in disbelief that this staples location cannot provide me with one (1) single copy of a document. Copier is broke and the clerk at the business center told me there was a 24 hour turnaround time on one copy. Lol.
