The week before thanksgiving, my iphone 6 Plus was broken. I took it to Geek Squad because they have an apple repair shop. 1st they do not swap it out like the apple store does if they cant fix it on the spot. They actually mail it out and give you a "Loaner Phone" and the Loaner I had wasnt the same model and had 16GBs while my orginal model was 64GBs so I couldnt use it like normal. The next day I get a call from their automative system that my phone is ready. So i go to the store....it wasnt ready. That was an error by their system. So i go home, disappointed. The following day the computer calls me again and says my phone was ready, i go there and they being to give the fixed phone back to me...when i notice....its not the same phone as my original, I had a 6plus, they tried to give me a 6. So anyways, about a few days later my real phone came. The people were nice, but that overall process was very frustrating. It took a total of 3 times of me going back to the store until I got my phone back. My biggest problem with these things, I truly believe stores and businesses should credit or compensate you for your time when they screw up. Apologies are nice, but that took several unnecessary hours out of my day for nothing.

Geek Squad Horrible Customer Service, only one worker handling everything, others just roaming around I called two days ahead to check if I needed to schedule an appointment to pick up my phone, they said no, just come and pick it up. I drove 1 hour just to hear that they only take people by appointment and that their next availability was in 3 hours. No they didnt apologize for giving me the wrong info over the phone, but they did say that they have Protocols to follow and that phone pick up is a "lengthy process". I finally did get my phone back, it took a whole two minutes of the "lengthy process" , and believe me I will never waste my time on them again. In the time that I was there, other customer was was very disappointed in their service as well. If your time is valuable for you, please take your electronics elsewhere for repairs.

STORE WAS VERY HELPFULL UNTIL I RAN INTO CHRISTIAN, THE HOME THEATER SALES CONSULTANT, VERY VERY VERY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE, HAD THE NERVE TO GRAB MY DAUGHTERS HIPS & STAND RIGHT BEHIND HER, I SAW HIM WITH MY OWN EYES. GRABING MY DAUGHTERS HIPS WHILE SHE WAS LOOKING AT APPLE PRODUCTS, TRYING TO FLIRT WITH HER WHILE WE SHOPPED! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A DISRESPECTFUL PERSON LIKE HIM FORCE A CHILD TO TRY TO FLIRT BACK WITH HIM, TOUCHING AND GRABBING HER, I WILL BE CONTACTING BEST BUY HIGHER MANAGEMENT, NO REP SHOULD EVER LAY HIS HANDS ON A CHILD OR CUSTOMER. THE NERVE HE HAD WHEN WE TOLD HIM WHAT ARE YOU DOING SO CLOSE TO MY DAUGHTER & THE RUDENESS HE GAVE US WHEN HE RAN OFF TO THE BACKROOM. CHRISTIAN IS A VERY PREVERTED PERSON! NOT SATISFIED WITH THE REPS ATTITUDE. COCONUT POINT NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE!

I noticed quite a few bad reviews but I must say I havent yet had a negative experience here.....even during the Christmas holiday (when I dread going anywhere near a shopping center) the staff at the Coconut Point Best Buy have been consistently helpful. They are friendly and not only approachable but will also graciously approach the customer and ask if they can be of assistance. We enjoy shopping at this store because assistance is never too far away. The gentlemen who work in the television area are particularly helpful...a few months ago we purchased a 65" Smart TV and because it wasnt in stock they had it shipped directly to our home. Fast and effortless. We will continue shopping there as it is always a positive experience.

Sat on hold for nearly 20 minutes to be transferred to the wrong department. Then to be told that I was going to be transferred again. All I needed was the name of a person in the appliance department. I asked if they could just walk to that department and see if someone was there before they placed me on hold and they said that they couldnt not, but that someone could can call me back. So I send my sister to get the appliance that we need and after we were told that the appliance was there we are now being told that its not at the location. That the earliest we could get it was Friday. Clearly the staff have no clue what they are doing. Great job! Ill take my business else where.

Order phone on 29th around 5:30pm choose same day in store pick up. It informs me I must wait for email verifcation code and email that says its ready for pick up. I never recieved EITHER email, Yet this company decided they can take my money still. Ive called, written emails, and messages.. still NO answer as to where my product is or my money. Now its the 2nd of the next month been waiting 4 days(5 if you consider the 29th) Im sick and tired of this. After this is takem care of I will NEVER shop at or recommend Best Buy EVER AGAIN. Scumbag Thieves.

I purchased a Sharp TV at Best Buy 3 months ago. It has not worked (turns itself off) since it was new. Best Buy will only refer me to Sharp 1-800 for service. The Geek Squad has been here 2 times and still the tv does not work. Now we have a 3rd appointment scheduled. Best Buy will not stand behind the purchase. If I had purchased this tv at Sams Club or Costco, I would simply have returned it and received a replacement. Best Buy used to be the place I would go for all of my electronics and appliance shopping - never again.

I use this best buy for everything technology for my home and work. The employees seem knowledgeable of all pieces of technology, and I trust their honest opinions. I actually used my Golden Apple Award money to purchase technology for my elementary classroom, however I was guided toward technology that would be effective for an elementary student without overwhelming them. The staff at Best Buy made the process easy and streamlined; I will always recommend people to this Coconut Point best buy.

This is a pretty standard-issue Best Buy. Had a great experience with the manager, who helped me with questions and look for products. However, this location also suffers from the same problems as other locations: employees standing around chatting with each other and conveniently not asking if customers need help. If I hadnt been so lucky with the manager, would someone else have helped me?

I was looking for a century link modem and wireless router, the closest store that had it was 35 miles from Lehigh Acres, called the store Louis, was so very helpful, had one, we paid over phone to be held for pickup so I would not lose it. All other stores Edison and Cleveland Ave didnt have it. Wish the store was closer was my only problem. Employee was great !!!

Very poor attention to the customer, as I was walked past and ignored for almost 20 minutes while one employee checked his phone and walked past me to help another customer after having made eye contact with me on several occasions, and other employees just stood around chatting. Spending my money on a smartwatch at a different Best Buy.
