Our family account was behind, husband called to ask the amount to pay in full the next day, the manager Melissa very hostile and overbearing. She called the company I formerly worked at and demanded to know where I work now. After telling her of unemployed state, she DEMANDED to know if I was receiving unemployment and if I didnt tell her I would have her "guys" that were around the corner 15 minutes away to pick up the merchandise! I called back and asked for Corporate Office number and was placed on hold so long I was tempting hang up. Employee got back on phone and said there is no need to call corporate just give her a number and the DM would call me in 15 minutes! I did not agree and called the Corporate Office and reported the incident. During this time away from home, there were two notices on the door, one at 5pm and the other at 7pm for the merchandise! DO NOT GO TO THAT STORE AND GET ANYTHING!!! EVER!!!!

Got ps3 from there and controllers always had something wrong with them and instead of exchanging it for a new one they just gave me another used controller that wasnt working right. This will be my 3rd time that i have to go up there because of this and i havent had the ps3 for no more than 2 weeks. Im about to give them their ps3 back because its crazy that i got to make payments on a used system that has had problems since i got it. Yall need to tighten up fa real.

Got a couch set that supposedly was cleaned for me before I put it inside my house, it turned out to have mold and maggots along with ants inside of one portion of the couch. I called to return the set due to it not being cleaned properly, took them a week to come and pick up the couches. On top of that they will call me endlessly for my payments that may be one day late.

I can NEVER get an answer that makes sense. When I ask my balance, they dont know. When I ask my buy out status, not until you have made a payment. I will NEVER use RAC again!
