I spent $2,000 on a microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator on 2/16. I also purchased a 5 year warranty for the refrigerator. The first refrigerator brought came up with a large scratch so I was given a new one. The second refrigerator would not work at all. Ive made numerous calls to Get a new fridge but they said I had to have it serviced first. It has been almost 5 months and I have been told it needs a new compressor and dryer etc. why would a bran new refrigerator need a new compressor!!! I called to speak to a manager at HHGregg but I was told he was too busy to speak with me or give me a call back that same day. I decided to drive there and speak with him in person just to get laughed at and told to call Samsung. Seems like they sell used products w a 30 day warranty even though its suppose to be a new product and the warranty is for five years. I could not be more upset. I only want what I paid for.

Called today to check stock on a Samsung range, which they DID NOT have. They then told me that they did have one that was $50 more but it was convection. I explained that i was really just looking for a cheap range but i was not willing to consider a few brands such as whirlpool, Maytag and Frigidaire, so could he please tell me what they had along those lines? His reply in a firm annoyed voice was "Maam youll just have to come in the store and see what all we have!" i quickly said "oh really, no thank you." and hung up. Sorry that quick you just lost a Customer. I Spent $684 at Lowes 5 minutes later. And this was after we spent roughly $7k on a whole appliance package, couch and dining table 1.5yrs ago and having them tell me as they were building my table and i pointed out a chipped area i can just use a sharpie to cover it up. Yes your read that right as they were installing it!!!! "Ridiculous Customer Service!

I am severely disabled so I called the store to make sure item was instock then placed web order and went to store to pickup item. The store is an hour away. When I got there the web ordering ended up being down. Asked that they cancel the web order and I offered to just buy the item with a check. Store wont let you pay with a check unless it will be delivered. I said ok, deliver it then. Said they couldnt deliver for 4 days and they wanted to charge me for delivery when it was their fault the system was down! What the F$#&!! They gave me a phone number to call in the morning to check what the problem is. The problem is that their SYSTEM SUCKS !!!!!! Now I dont know where I stand on getting my item! I HATE THIS COMPANY, but their price was right. From now on, I will avoid hhgregg at all costs! The aggravation isnt worth the savings! MY ADVICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I just want to say how rude the manager on duty was, Pete. When I had my dryer delivered today it was completely dented in and we refused it. When my husband and I went to hhgregg the manager didnt not help what so ever. We stood around for 20 minutes with nobody saying anything to us. Finally I asked what was going on and they said they were having problems with there delivery never once did any one show us or give us any other options other then telling us Samsung was discontinued. My first impression will be my last. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Purchased refrigerator and refused delivery because the measurements were not what the salesperson said. It was too deep. Went back to store and purchased another refrigerator. Delivery was promised for July 14. I called day before to confirmthat I was on schedule for delivery and only then I was told the refrigerator was BACKORDERED until late August!!! When was I going to be informed of this????? Cancelled order and will NEVER GO BACK TO H.H. GREGG FOR ANYTHING!!!! Giving it 1 star only because I cannot give it no star.

Brought A Samsung Sound bar from here and it was bad out of the box. Tried Troubleshooting it and found that they sound bar was bad. Brought it back in to get another one and brought it home to rehook back up and it was bad too. Called Samsung to make sure that it was not me and they only wanted me to ship it to Samsung for repair. Wont get another soundbar from this place ever again.

Dont expect to get your appliance when they say youll get it. You wont. The delivery driver call last night to say hed be here between 9 and noon. I just called him back and was told my dishwasher was on back order and the store should have called me. The right hand doesnt know what the left had is doing. The need to get their act together.

Thought I was dealing with a decent company until my projector quit working. The salesman promised a no problems warranty if I spent extra, and they are nothing but problems. Dishonest salesman and rude customer service is what you get when you save a few dollars

The salesman are great as long as they dont crowd your space while looking around. We bought a washer and dryer and both got slight damage before and during delivery, but they discounted us back for it and for keeping them both. Thanks for great experience!

Appliance package ordered online, items show up with nothing to install them with, they delivered a microwave with no mounting bracket, I called and was treated extremely rude, passed around from person to person, horrible service so far.
