Horrible customer service, when my girlfriend and I walked in there was no "welcome to gamestop" or anything. Was there for 10 minutes walking around looking at games and not one person came up to us and asked if we needed any help. They rather just talk about different things with each other and not help a customer. Overall rating one star. Never going there again. Edit: forgot to mention that it was a manager that wouldnt even come over and ask if we needed any help or welcomed us to the store. Really pathetic if you ask me. Once again never going to that GameStop ever again. Ill stick with going to Medina GameStop or The Exchange.

I love this place plus some guy gave my a Nintendo DS for free! And I got a Xbox One controller that cost $59.99 and I payed $49.99! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
