Let me start by saying, if I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a bed set and gave us 2 identical sides of the headboard! Went to the store and talked to customer service because apparently "they couldnt do anything".... customer service sounded like they fixed the problem and i repeated 3 times....3 TIMES!!!!! which side they had given me. Lady said ok it can take from 1 to 3 weeks,,,,shipping was fast and I was happy to finally have received it...... and all for nothing because they sent me the same freaking side! Now i have 3 identical sides..... horrible people, never buy from them or they will have you waiting forever! *UPDATE* 9/9/16 CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE SAME...GUESS WHO HAS 4 IDENTICAL PIECES (SIDES) NOW? YUP... I DO! SERIOUSLY THIS ISNT EVEN FUNNY?! WHY DO THEY HIRE PEOPLE LIKE THAT?

OK, I havent pick up my table yet, but I already start to hate Ashley furniture. Bad Quality, Cheap Nice. Most Important thing, bad customer service. I paid lots of money for protection plan, and now, they told me I have to pick up a 10 ft long table myself. I called them to see if I can schedule a deliver. And woman at the other end was yawning during the call, hmmm, u must be really boring during the working time. worst thing is, they ask my credit card information. All right, I gave them card #, name, and etc. until I heard, whats that 3 security digits on your card. Seriously? how about you give me your card info and 3 digits security # on the phone, and I promise, I wont use it to buy a new computer.

This store is horrible. I ordered my furniture. They told me 7 to 10 business days and I called back on day 10 after not hearing anything. When I called they said well we are closed so the system cant look you up. I know they are open today because it is on their website and their door! They lied to me! Then she said "call back Friday and we will know more, it might be on back order" I asked if they would call and tell me if it is and she said "no we only call when it gets here" I asked how long that could take she told me"probably the end of april" seriously! Almost 2months after I order! Horrible service!

We have used This outlet store several times. I have never felt like the sales people were being pushy and always gave me my space while checking in an appropriate amount of times. Today I was helped by Mickey and he was so nice in answering my enormous amounts of questions, talking through my options, and helping me look online to find exactly what I needed. I have never had such a positive furniture shopping experience. I cant wait till my couch comes in so I can go back and by the rest of the pieces for the living area and maybe even my patio!!

Danny Black was a great salesperson. I told him i was looking for a sleeper sofa and he quickly showed me all the sleeper they had on the floor. Even though there was only a few on the sales floor he quickly informed me that the Ashley Furniture catalog online displayed more sleepers if i couldnt find anything i liked on the floor. Not only was he patient with me but he was also knowledgeable of the furniture he showed me and on the extended warranty they provide. Anyone looking to shop at the Outlet, I would recommend that speak with Danny Black.

If it werent for the fact that I have to come back to pick up the second half of my order, to which I knew coming in, I would never return to this store. An agonizing experience where I waited in the meager lobby with 7 other customers waiting for our orders "to be ready." Not sure what is going on in that warehouse, but it cant take an hour to bring out two 20 lb boxes. Please, Ashley Furniture, figure out the logistics of serving your customers in a timely manner. The staff in the office at Customer Pickup is very nice and efficient. But on the loading dock Russell is very rude. When I was complaining about him in the office he walked in and was rude again. He was also rude to the person that was driving the truck we were picking up in. He clearly should not be in any job where he comes in contact with customers. His attitude would be better suited to cleaning toilets and sweeping floors.

I went in to this outlet with low expectations but was very surprised and found a great reclining leather sofa. Jose was our salesperson and we had a great experience. We had an issue with the 3rd party delivery service but the manager made everything right and we could not have asked for better customer service. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I will be back and also recommending this place to friends/family.

Horrible service!!!! Went with a friend to look at some high end mattresses was willing to drop well over a grand. The sales guy talked to my friend the entire time so when I tried to ask questions I was completely ignored this was even after I told him what I was willing to spend and she was just tagging along. Needless to say I found a mattress at Trent bedding friendly staff good quality better prices

Our experience with Ashleys was great, from the beginning! Our sales rep was awesome with our needs/wants for our new home. The delivery guys showed up and promised to be speedy and that they were! In and out with delivery and put together our bedroom in less than 6 minutes! I was so amazed! I never write a review but I felt I had to this time! I will be returning for more furniture in the future! ;)

The front desk employees are rude. I was told on the phone that I would be able to pick up my new bed and was obviously lied to. I drove 45 minutes to pickup my bed and when I arrived was told that I couldnt pick it up. Its that damn hard to go to the back to get my bed? I paid a good amount of money and had to drive out of my way to pick it up. I wont be shopping with Ashley Furniture EVER again.

Got a call on Monday that my recliner was ready to pick up here after a 2 week wait. Drove all of 20 mins to the store and was then told by the people working there that if you bought from a different location, pickup is Monday - Saturday. As if it is severely difficult to go into the back and grab a recliner. Youre working today right? Then let me get my damn recliner.

I purchased a couch 2 months ago. Loved it until my son leaned on the armrest and it literally broke!! I have never had a couch so flimsy! The frame board is ultra thin. I contacted customer service via email and they basically redirected me. This is crazy. I paid almost 400 for a couch that I cant even sit on now and they didnt even try to extend customer service.

Denis was awesome!! He took care of us; he answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy with our furniture choices. The prices were unbelievable!! Ill definitely be back and Ive already let everyone I know to start here for furniture. Ive gotten so many compliments on our living room and master bedroom furniture.
