My experience at Home Zone Furniture was good. They have nice looking furniture, great prices and the customer service was nice too. The furniture itself, however, was poor quality. We bought a sofa, an ottoman and an oversized swivel arm chair because it looked really nice and the price was even better. I shouldve known cheap prices reflect cheap furniture. The fact that it was so lightweight when we were moving it into the house shouldve also been a dead giveaway. The furniture is made from cheap materials. Within 2 years of having the furniture in our home and the arm on our sofa was collapsing because it was supported by chipboard rather than solid wood, the wheels on our swivel chair were broken because they were made from cheap plastic and the stuffing on our sofa was coming out where the back cushions meet the seat cushions because a very thin layer of fabric was holding it in and ripped at the seams where the zipper part was sewn in. Now the furniture is not only falling apart, but its uncomfortable to sit on. The seat cushions on the couch have springs in the actual cushions. Ive never seen that before and didnt even realize it until 2 years had passed and I could actually feel the springs under my rear-end. The whole time I thought the foam in the cushions was just wearing thin and it was the springs from the bottom part of the sofa. Nope, its the springs from the cushion. I have to say the thing that is holding up the best is the $99 ottoman that we purchased. The only thing wrong with that is the fabric underneath is torn because it, too, was a cheap fabric the tears when you stick your finger in it too firmly--its more like a lining you would use for clothing called interfacing. Terrible, terrible, quality. I will never shop there again or get that brand of furniture no matter how cheap it is. Here we are 3-4 years later and already needing a whole new set of furniture.

Buyer Beware! Do Not buy from Home Zone! I purchased a Denver Sofa and was offered the extended warranty, I was told that it covers any damage on the sofa. Not just defects. I was guaranteed by our salesman Jeremy that the warranty covered any damage over the 5 year span. He made a point that even if our dog was to tear the sofa, that would be covered. After a year the cushions started to peel and it began to look very bad. I reached out to Home Zone and explained what happened. They refused to cover or replace anything, claiming that the extended warranty did not cover it. Home Zone told me that I can purchase new cushions for $65 each. I would have never purchased the warranty if it only covered manufacture defects. This is fraudulent as I was misled in order to get more money from me. Why would I have paid $195 for an Extended Warranty for is 2 seat cushions? Why would I ever do that? I am a Restaurant Manager and deal with customers and their satisfaction every day. Our philosophy is to always have the customer leave satisfied. We do whatever it takes. Free meals, drinks, complimentary meals on their next visit, etc. Even if they are wrong, we make them feel that they are right and fix the problem. A customers perception IS reality. I will not be shopping with Home Zone any longer if this is how they treat their customers. I will do all in my power to tell everyone personally and on social media to never shop at Home Zone.

The sales reps were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the merchandise. It took me quite some time to decide on what I wanted. I also needed it delivered within less than two weeks. A good selection of funiture is available and nicely displayed. I purchased a sofa, coffee table, end tables, and a dining set. The furniture is very reasonably priced with great financing options. In the past I have had houses furnished with Thomasville, Ethan Allen, and Pier1. Moving costs are very expensive if not paid by the company one works for. I recently moved to Texas after selling and donating furniture from my previous home in Pennsylvania. I dont expect furniture to last a life time. My furniture has not been delivered yet, but I am not anticipating any problems.

BEWARE they are a bunch of snakes!! They wrote up my financing contract for everything I bought and it SEEMED good. Then I find out the product had been discontinued and they agreed to issue a credit invoice to the financing company. However, they screwed up on the sell price on the original contract and took the opportunity with the credit invoice to back out the pricing and up the cost of the one piece, sticking me with the difference!!!! Management refuses to communicate with their customers. Theyll tell you that manager will be here Friday at 1 and you get there and they say "he just left". I spent months trying to dispute with these bastards only to get stuck with paying it in the end.

My husband and I went into Home Zone on the friday before the 4th of July about an hour before closing time. We went in looking for a sectional and found exactly what we were looking for for a unbeatable price. Both employees that were working at the time were very knowledgeable, nice and went out of their way to help us. There was no stalking or lurking going on. It was a very good experience and we will come back here for our future furniture purchases. The quality of our sectional is very good. Nice and firm cushions that are also comfy.

This place wasnt easy to find. Its behind the Corporate Office. Once there, I was happy with the display of furniture, selection and prices, as well as available matching decor. The salesmen were attentive, friendly and helpful. Payment options and financing promotions were great. Items were in stock but free, next day delivery was not available; instead, a week out at least and its normally not free. Well worth checking out before you buy elsewhere.

I was very satisfied with Shalon who assisted me with my purchase. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Overall good shopping experience. I usually dread furniture shopping because I get annoyed by being hassled by the employees, so I was put at ease when shalon let me know Home Zone is non-commission and dont believe in pressuring their customers. I will definitely be back in the future for all of my furniture needs.

Mary was extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable, professional, and so sweet. Shopping with 15 month old twins can be chaotic, but Mary was patient and went above and beyond for me. I ended up purchasing a sectional with ottoman, tv stand, 3 "pouf" chairs, 2 swivel accent chairs, a dining table set and 3 end tables. The customer service I received was outstanding and I will be a returning customer!

Best prices I have found in TX. Just moved here and furnished my ENTIRE apartment from Home Zone. Super modern, chic, good quality, name brand furniture. I dont have a truck, so they deliver for only 99 dollars. Unload, set up, assemble, and remove the trash. If youre looking for the most bang for your buck go visit Israel and his team at Home Zone in Euless.

First off this is a pain to find. Only sign is on the front of the door, but close to street is another furniture companys name. Went inside and was not really overwhelmed with this place. Stuff looks decent, but working for a furniture store I can tell lower quality. Of course you get what you pay for.
