Saturday got chased in the parking lot by someone claiming to be the manager,Called store they told me hes name is Jesen.Telling me what am I doing in my car,Got out to ask him what is hes problem,following me as I picked up my food from ihop,following my 12 Year old daughter to our car again.called police report it him.He seemed mentally unstable.my 2 kids 5 and 12 started crying.we left not knowing why he was harassing us.I am a specials ups.But didnt have a clue why this guy was rude.and crazy.I will be careful if you stay in your car he drives a white Sml kia optima car.Becareful.

Associates are rude,especially the younger crowd. The customer service lacks here,its such a hassle when asking for items that are not on the shelf. I used to enjoy going to here,now ,its a very unpleasant experience. Hopefully the new Eastside store will have propler trained associates. Upate 8/29/16 Get used to bad customer service here in El Paso. Everywhere that is corporate owned has employees too busy thinking about their insignificant lives to help people out . East store worse by far. Have fun guys.

SO EXCITED! My husband is from El Paso, and when we visit I am always so disturbed by the lack of quality grocery stores...seriously Albertsons is not going to cut it. I always end up bringing what I can from CA and lm always looking for grocery store along the way that will have the freshest produce (I literally haul a cooler,it is that serious). So, were visiting in a few weeks and I am going to STOCK UP on fresh good food!!!! Well see how the overall experience goes.

yes the employees not washing there hands after going to the bathroom is probly how my husband and I keep contracting E - coli, been wondering where we have been getting it from, somewhere in public, thnxs for that info I think we are going to figure out a way to prove that , hum everyone pay attention and report it to code inforcement

It is everybody from the guy in the wonderful world of bulk to the produce guys to Merry and Jose and Bob and Tracy. Just a fabulous wonderful place to shop! Of course the young associates are going to be immature and pierced and painted. But as they mature if they stick around they will follow in the right footsteps

Amazing quality of food and healthy eating food here. I recommend going here if you want to eat healthy. Lots of variety of fruits and vegetables. Dont go for Walmart of cheap supermarkets like Food City because they dont compare to Sprouts quality of food and customer service.

The produce guy I think his name was Fernie refused to get me some fresh avocados from the back. After several attempts to asking him he just sarcastically smiled and said we have to sell what we have on display first.. Sad how such a nice store can hire disgruntled people!!!

Great prices and a great variety of products. My favorite is the bulk bins and the bulk spices section so I can just get what I need. Also love getting the nori maki arare rice crackers with seaweed and the roasted seaweed packs. Mmm
