Rip Off!! Picked up some beef brisket from the food bar, there was a bottle of bbq sauce sitting on the counter so grabbed a couple of the 1 ounce to go cups and put some sauce in and went to the check out. The clerk weighed my entree and then grabbed the to go cups and weighed them also. They literally had about a tablespoon of sauce in each one but weighed in at .23 lbs. (seems a little heavy to me... doubt that 9 tablespoons of sauce weighs a pound...so not sure I trust their scales either...) My math says that .23 lbs. at $8.99/lb is $2.07. Im sure I could find an entire bottle of sauce for less than that...even at Whole Foods! I asked the clerk if she meant to add the sauce to the bill and she sheepishly tried to remove it but was unable so had to call a manager for an over ride. The manager showed up and tried to ring it up the same way, at which time I asked him if I had to pay $8.99/pound for the condiment. He stated yes, that it was part of the entree... At this time I walked out. Its like Taco Bell charging you 9 bucks a pound for packets of hot sauce. In addition, I dont think that they take the weight of the oversized and over thick cardboard to go boxes out of the equation either. If 2 tablespoons of sauce weighs .23 lbs. then Im guessing the to go boxes weigh in at about that as well so any one getting a lunch to go is probably paying a couple of extra bucks just for the box that Whole Foods only pays a couple of cents for. Nice profit margin...I cant imagine what their thick plastic dine in plates weigh but my guess is more than the box and Id be curious as to whether they claim to subtract that weight or not...I doubt it. Very Disappointed. A condiment seems like an awfully petty way to lose an up to 3 days a week customer but...back to City Market...longer drive but you pay only for the entree and the condiments are free. Service and produce is just as good and prices are far more fair across the board...Buyer Beware.

I was shopping recently and found some organic frozen raviolis on sale for $1.97 per 8oz box...so naturally I bought six boxes. Then in the midst of gathering all the bags, I mistakenly left behind the bag of raviolis! We live in Breckenridge and were already home before we realized, so I called over. They were sweet enough to hold them in the freezer for us until the next morning. Unfortunately they were placed in a fridge instead of a freezer so they spoiled. Then on top of the already awesome service we had they let us pick out six boxes of whatever raviolis we wanted to replace the spoiled ones! We are enjoying them right now. Thank you Whole Foods Frisco!

On 11/15/2015 8:13 p.m. I was charged 74.78 for a (1) red onion. The checker called the child manager over for an override, she said the shrimp wasnt ringing up which was rang after the onion. The manager came over and did the override. Were they splitting that money or did the manager not notice. Whos pocket was that going into? I did get a refund and apologies of course when I came back in after looking at why my bill was so high. Incompetency or thievery? How many "overrides" does this checker have? How many overrides like this were approved by the manager?

Got a salad with out seeing any prices listed and turned out to be 18.00 bucks.... Im a blue collar guy driving threw and this seems crazy for a store salad of any kind.... worst part is they didnt have ranch just some crappy store brand diet ranch. It was all they had so I used it and its super nasty.... so went for lunch paided 18 bucks and didnt get a eatable lunch. Cashier acted like there was nothing she or the store could do at all. Its my 1st and last time having anything to do with whole foods.

Whole Foods all in all is a pretty cool environment. Not only is it a high end grocery store, but its also a bar/restaurant too. They have so much freshly made foods and salads to order, and eating area, and tons of micro brews and wine selections to go around. People of Colorado, understand how lucky you are because there are no wine selections in the Utah Whole Foods locations. I could have chilled here and wrote the next great American novel, but I left and drank alone in my van instead.

The rating at this whole food is about right with everybody elses judgment. Ordered sushi and I did not see the soy sauce packet. Ask one of the staff if soy sauce was missing. He proceeded to inform me that they were out. But of course that was not true. I had to go find my own bottle. And then later I discovered the little packets of soy at another place in the store. That guy was useless unhelpful and did not even try to help. Pretty typical for a Whole Foods experience.

Hay mejores "Wholefoods" en otras ciudades pero para la zona y lo pequeño del pueblo, es muy bueno y además conserva la calidad d todos sus productos

Always spendy but always high quality. Its the perpetual struggle of everyone who lives (and makes their meager living) in the mountains. Want to eat healthy but we live on too little cash. Want to live where its beautiful but gotta feed my family. Theres some balance in there somewhere. At Whole Foods, the struggle is real.

No fresh bagels for weeks? I was told on this Saturday morning that they had no "fresh" bagels and have not had the for a couple of weeks. Big mystery to staff, they do not know why and do not know when they will have them in stock. I guess bagels are out of season ??

Great selection of pre-made food for lunch and dinner. There is alot of indoor and outdoor seating. Outside there is a gas fire pits, which are great for when its cold but its not exactly eco-friendly. It can get busy during lunch time on the weekends.

Not up to the standards of other Whole Foods. Apparent poor management, staff is not well trained, inventory control poor, standards for produce not only lower than other stores, but they stack the old stuff on top--go to a local farm stand instead.

This is a nice store with the typical Whole Foods offerings. It has a distinctive mountain vibe and is easily accessed from I-70. Its a good place for a snack along the road and Im sure many locals are happy to have this choice in their area.

I had a nice shopping experience here the other day. I was charged the wrong price for chard and the cashier refunded the item, instead of just doing a price adjustment. I was pretty stoked for my free chard and great customer service.

Its in a really convenient location especially if you are visiting summit county. Very nice facility and great food, the only reason I have it a four out of five is because I wish I could afford to shop there all the time.
