I have been a Petco customer for about 2 years now. I enjoyed my previous experiences there so much I would bring my dog to the Monroe location on visits home when we moved to Houston. But our most recent visit was less than pleasant. One of the women were extremely rude and snide (Petco has apologized on her behalf). However, my dog looked AWFUL! As a repeat customer I am aware of protocol. If hes matted theyll demat him and you always pay before you get your fur baby. Well this time I paid and when I got my dog he looked HORRID!!!! he received his usual shave down on his body BUT his ears were completely shaved and he was left with about 1.5 of uneven hair on his head!!! I was so upset that i left without complaint and immediately called corporate. I do not want all of my money back because I did receive service. He was clean from his wash. But I was expecting something on behalf of that half ass cut they did on my baby. I can not say I will be back to this location. Ever! I am one person so I know I wont brrak them but they still wont get my hard earned money!!! Ps still havent heard from a GM and I complained Monday!

My choice in pet care. The staff is always ready to help me with problems and knowledgeable about how to safely and successfully expand my many pretty projects. I work with special needs animals and when I come across a new problem or situation they are always there to solve my problem or suggest new ways to approach it. Love these guys.

Groomers arent very good. I could do just as good of a job at home. But atleast the price is cheap. So you arent out much if you do bring your dog here. But I suggest going somewhere a little more professional. Also this store doesnt carry any of the treats that my dogs like. I wish we had a Petsmart. They have a better selection.

Groomers were very professional and excellent. They made Scooby smell spectacular with a very delightful coat of fur that wasnt matted anymore! Id recommend them to anyone.

Employees are VERY knowledgeable and dont give you misleading advice or care tips. Very helpful and friendly. So hard to find employees like this at other big chain stores.
