I purchased 2 dog beds I was charged $36 more because I did not have an account. I told the cashier I wanted an account she told me they werent on sale so I would not get them cheaper I went and looked at the price and they were on sale I ask for a refund and sign me up then ring them back up. She scan the beds f or the refund and it was ringing up the sale price again the cashier argued with me and told me that was the price. She had to call a manager over I was given back full price then account was set up and $36 was returned to me.

Their groomers seem to be hit or miss. I can get a good groomer, but then shell be gone by the next time I visit, because Petsmart doesnt pay the good ones enough. This time I decided I will not go back. They didnt just mess up the haircut this time...they actually cut my dog in several areas, yet didnt mention anything to me about it. My dog is very well trained and behaves. He is toy size and easy to manage. Even if it was his fault, why not tell me if it was an accident? I would not recommend anyone go here after this.

Put on hold several times, on hold for several minutes. Probably after ten minutes the manager finally put me through and made them answer. Then a few days later they called and cancelled very unapologetic (even though she said sorry) because they are short staffed. Which is totally understandable if the staff wouldnt have been so rude. Ill never trust my dogs with these people!!

My wife and I had left all our aquarium supplys . we were ignored twice by 2 different associats. we were treated with disdain and lied to. my wife called after leaving inquesting the manager only to be interogated about employees and what there names are. Nothing made sense. Even the manager was disregarging.

Stan and I have there pet insurance and its been a life saver literally amd the groomers love him and he hates leaving me but dose t complain much. Do be careful since male dogs will mark there stuff so if left alone they will pee on the shelves.

The groomer nicked my dog with clippers and my dog wrenched his back. He was barely walking by later that day. They never said a word just charged me for the service and sent my pet home as if he had not been injured in their care. HORRIBLE!!!

The pups love taking a trip to Pet Smart. Sometimes the prices are a bit high. They keep their stores nice and clean and staff is always friendly. I also like that Pet Smart stores support local rescues and organizations.

Great place to get all your animals needs taken care of. Great pet hospital (Banfield) and a great groomer. I get everything for my four dogs taken care of here. Some friendly knowledgeable staff, always willing to help.

I love the hospital inside of Petsmart the prices are great!! The staff is Awesome. Sign your furry friend up for the wellness plan the best thing I could have ever done!!!!! The store is huge and very pet friendly.

Went in and no one would help us. It isnt the first time, but its the last. 4 employees looked at us and walked off. Didnt ask if we needed help. I couldnt get the fish by myself so we left.

The store is fine, but the location is terrible....IMO, no store on Airline Rd deserves more than 3 stars. Avoid this area if you have anxiety and/or road rage!
