Cool Myst

I went into Petsmart today at around 5:10PM. I was going to get my dog groomed. The moment I walked into the Grooming room, the lady at the front (she had medium length black hair with a streak) rolled her eyes on my arrival. I brushed it off and waited behind a couple who was already there. The lady at the front finally asked me "Can I help you?" I said that I wanted a nail trim and my dogs hair cut. She looked shocked and said that we close in an hour. Well, I came in at 5:10pm and an hour after is about 6:10pm, but they close at 7PM. I was two hours before closing time. Then she asked do you have an appointment. I said No, but for the nail trim you dont need one. She then asked do I have vaccination papers I said yes because I did. All the while she is asking these questions with so much attitude. I asked her if there was an issue. She said we are swamped and usually stop taking customers in at 3pm. I can understand being swamped, but giving me attitude because you dont want to do the job is not understandable. She mentioned something to the woman further back in the grooming section and I just told them I would either come back or go somewhere else. I am inclined to do the latter. I have worked retail before and understand the demands of customer service and am usually more lenient when it comes to this, but when it comes to my fur baby I will not entrust him in the hands of someone who has already shown that they dont want to be bothered with me or him.

Dont get me wrong, the staff here is very helpful, the store is clean and stocked well and I always find what I need. BUT....and this is a big BUT...the toilet in the mens bathroom seriously needs to be fixed, the top of the toilet has been broke for ages, it used to have some button or something on the top, now its gone and to flush it you literally have to reach inside and press some latch down, its disgusting..and no one knows its there so they use the toilet and then leave their waste behind for me to discover. I use this bathroom often ( why is beyond me, I just always seem to have to go when Im there, lucky me ! ), and this toilet has been broken for ages. I am tired of flushing other peoples waste. FIX IT PLEASE!!!

I went for a cat and they were helpful. They showed me the cats they had and even referred me to port city cat shelter for more of a selection. I bought all of my stuff there and went to the shelter to find the perfect feline friend. Thanks petsmart!

It was very nasty! The dirtiest pet smart I have ever been too. There was dog pee dried on the floor. It stunk! I love the fact that it has banfield attached I wish Monroe would get one but overall very disappointed.

Takes forever to get crickets here and when you do, they scrape up the feces and spare legs on the floor of the container and give you that too...
