I have been a customer of Berkeleys for a long time as has my event planning company. The selection, freshness, service, availability of product and more make it for me the only place for flowers in the city. The space is separated into the flower shop and the supplies shop. Both have large inventory and an abundance of staff to help guide you if you feel overwhelmed. I am prompted to write this review based on my experience with getting the flowers for my own wedding. Being a planner I was focused to make sure I had the exact flowers and supplies to complete the vision for the wedding. My staff helped piece all the arrangements and I did all the bouquets and boutonnieres. I picked up the flowers on Thursday for a Saturday wedding and they remained fresh well for a week after. I am enclosing pictures here so everyone can really see the quality. I would recommend BF any time to anyone.

Alway a great experience with my flower Wholesaler, Belkis is her name , we now speak the same language, . we have a relationship, that is important , the product is on point and her service is the best, she does not sent substitute product , if they do not have what I need She lets me know it and then I and pick an alternative for what my needs are that makes it better for both of us and I do not have to send it back and be delayed for my clients, Thank you Berkeley and Belkis for tree wonderful year lets keep this going thank you Thomas

We LOVE Berkley!!! But we especially love Sean our sales guy. Sean is always ready to help, super nice, professional and attentive. If I place an order and the item came in bad condition Sean always calls to let me know so I can pick another flower or make other arrangements with time before my event. Thank you so much Sean for your expertise and your warm and happy attitude everyday. We love you! Berkleys quality is by far Miamis best. My favorite thing about buying here is the variety of exotic and rare flowers and foliage I can get.

The costumer service is outstanding, people are very helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. Flowers are exceptionally beautiful. Thank you very much again. Love them!!! The lady who works the register seems to always have an attitude though. Ive been there twice and both times she has this attitude as if your a bother. Aside from her everyone is great and really tries to help you. Awesome place!!! Btw Sean is great!!!!
