TERRIBLE customer service! I walked in today after unsuccessfully checking 4 places for those plastic card holders/pick things you normally get in an arrangement. I knew a flower shop would have them and I spoke to a lady who I assume is the owner & told her my struggle and what I was doing that I would need those holders for. I also told her that Ive used them twice before and I am a customer. I asked her if I could BUY a dozen of them from her for a gift card raffle basket I was putting together at my own time and expense for my sons baseball league picnic this Saturday. I did NOT ask for them for free. She said "they cant keep them in the store" indicating they are hard to get, dont last and they run out" or something so they wouldnt be able to sell me 12 single sticks. I reminded her that Im not asking for them free and will pay for them, that I was drained from looking around everywhere for them today and running short on time to assemble this raffle basket. She then told me they only come in bulk and you have to order them from a floral supply store. She said this as she pulled an unopened bulk package from behind the counter (where I could see the whole shelf) and there was more than 1 bulk package there. This package had to have had 1,000 holders in it (based on the size of the 100 count package of kabob skewers which are the same size I ended up buying to use instead after I left). When I left (before buying the skewers) I did a google search to see if I could find them locally. I didnt but I did find them on Amazon, 1,000 count for $39.99. So these things cost them (depending on their supplier) give or take between 2-5 CENTS per piece. Again, I was willing to pay...I wouldve happily paid $5.00 for the dozen I needed but we never got that far. She refused to sell them to me. Too bad for her, that wouldve saved my day and made one heck of a profit for her. I would still rather use the plastic floral picks with the card insert prongs but I will make due with my wood skewers. Im just very shocked that even seeing that I was kind of desperate that she wouldnt sell any especially after she showed me her stock of them (that was a stupid move). I guess shes just one of those people that just likes to challenge people & give them a hard time instead of help them and after reading the other reviews I am not alone with how I feel and what I experienced. She DID tell me there was a floral supply shop in Miami but she wasnt sure if you had to be a licensed retailer to buy there.....are you kidding me???? Gee thanks! VERY poor customer service and I will NEVER use this floral shop again. I wish they had a Facebook page because I would put this there too! Im not one to normally leave bad reviews or even complain but this really had me puzzled as to why she would be so difficult and rubbed me the wrong way! Hearts and Flowers in Coral Springs is who Ive used before, this place was just closer but the customer service at Hearts & Flowers is an A+ in my book as well as the quality of their flowers. Id rather drive further and give them my business!! I really hope that lady sees this review and changes her attitude in the future or she will lose her business at the rate she is going. If I owned that flower shop I wouldve been happy to just give the customer a dozen of them at less than 5cents each, even 50cents each and not even accepted money especially for a good cause (Coconut Creek Little League Baseball) knowing the person asking was voluntarily using their own time and money to donate the basket being assembled. One more customer lost over something ridiculously stupid!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an order for a $150 flower arrangement from this business on Valentines Day for my fiance and they never arrived. After 6 phone calls, I was finally told that they tried to deliver them and somebody signed for them (but nobody at my delivery address) so I would not receive a refund or new flowers. Five days later, my fiance still has not received the flowers. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, but I shouldnt have had to take that step. This is awful customer service. After the first phone call, they should have sent a new order and discounted the order or made some kind of gesture of goodwill. Instead they called me multiple times at work, made excuses, and offered nothing. For this kind of money, order from somewhere that will stand behind their service if there is a problem with an order. Truly unbelievable.

My daughter and I walked in to the Flower Market to inquire about flowers for her wedding. Although we saw no one when we initially walked in the door, we heard the bell on the door, and we could see somebody walking around in the back. While we stood there waiting, I couldnt help but notice all of the hand-written signs, several "No children" signs, and to the right of the Restrooms sign, a hand-written sign "NO public restrooms." How rude I thought... We stood there a good 10 minutes waiting for at least someone to acknowledge us. Finally we just left. I guess they just dont want business... I didnt read online reviews before I checked out this place, since it was right down the street from me, but now it just confirms what I experienced. I will never return to this place again.

I walked in and wanted some flowers for my mothers birthday, I was walking around and no one approached me, it seem like no one was there, after a few minutes of waiting near the counter, some lady came from the back and asked if she can help, while speaking to someone on the phone. I started asking her something and she was saying she had to finish the call first. I said ok, and waited for her. After a few minutes, when she didnt come back, i left. Customer service? what a joke. I found some beautiful flowers on Target, across the street.

Absolutely terrible customer services and flowers that last one day. I did an arrangement using flower from this place and received a call thanking me for my arrangement but that the red roses were of the poorest quality.. What an embarrassment. This was the second time this happened. I tried them when I had a function and I did report it to them. They simply looked at me. No offer to return my money or better yet give me another bunch to make up.. Just terrible.

This place used to be my go to for flowers for my girlfriend and family. They had the great flowers and the prices were good. I was so happy to have a good florist by my house. The last 2-3 times Ive gone Ive been disappointed, but just assumed it was bad timing. Theyve recently raised the prices, and the quality of bouquets have been mediocre at best. I dont think Ill be going back again, sadly. I cant justify the prices for how poor the flowers are.

Horrible . Extremely poor customer service, This business does not deliver flowers when scheduled. I was informed by Andre that they deliver to Business first Schools second and of course normal customers last. I understand it is Valentines day but my $200 order was placed well in advance of Valentines Day. I was never informed that I would be 3rd on the list for deliveries. Andre was rude and condescending. What a sad way to run a business.
