One of the worse experiences ever!! As a special gift, my friend had my favorite flowers (tulips) delivered to my office. The delivery guy called me multiple times to tell me he was near but he was not. He did not arrive to my office until after 5:30pm. The flowers were droopy, dry and improperly displayed in the vase. I promptly contacted the shop and advised them of these disappointing flowers only to receive a promise that they would redeliver fresh flowers on Monday. I received another delivery of flowers this time with "alright" flowers ... while they did not look fresh or nicely arranged; it was a step-up from the last batch. After failing to produce the previous batch of flowers (I tossed them in the trash), the owner went crazy because he wanted to keep the old, dry, moldy flowers with the vase to return to his vendor. The deliver guy stated, "All the others needed was sun, it was nothing wrong with them". What? You gave someone poorly arranged dry flowers with mold and you to the customer, it was nothing wrong with them. Where is the customer service and common sense? You have ruined a perfect surprise with your tacky flowers and now you have the nerves to be upset because you cannot get the old flowers and $5.00 vase back? After an intense yelling match with the owner, I disconnected the call and vowed to NEVER recommend this shop or its services to anyone. His response, "why would you not recommend our services?" Seriously?

First time I use a Florist service in my whole life. I recommend this florist to everyone. They did an excellent job for me. Do not even read the bad reviews, that is a waste of time. Before going there I saw the bad reviews but I did not care, because there is too many people out there that is really picky and any little detail will bother them. A good customer service is not just about if flowers are fresh or not so fresh, if the prices are high or no so high. It is about the human part of the people that take care of the business too. Since I stepped into the florist place until I had the confirmation that the delivery was successfully done I can say I am more than happy for the service received.

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Century Florist!! They did all of our flowers for our rehearsal dinner and wedding and I couldnt have been happier! Joel really listened to what it was that I wanted and made sure it was perfect on the day! I had very specific ideas and he not only followed them to a T, but also made suggestions that enhanced the overall effect I was going for! I would recommend Century Florist to anyone looking to have a fun and enjoyable experience for their wedding day or any day for that matter!

I randomly chose this florist from Google site and was extremely happy I did. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and when they were delivered to her they had added a box of chocolates for her. The photos I received of the arrangement were much more than I expected and am grateful I dealt with Joel at this local establishment. I will refer and continue to do my florist business with them.

First time dealing with them, and will definitely choose them again next time I need an arrangement. Ordered a standing spray for a memorial service and was very pleased with both the flowers and the level of service. Liked the delivery confirmation and appreciated the customer service from Joel. Hope to browse the gift shop next time. Definitely recommend Century.

Wish I could write this review with zero stars. I ordered an arrangement which was to be delivered on the 31st of December, it is now the 1st of January 2017 and still the arrangement has not been delivered, no apology, no compensation and poor customer service. NEVER!! EVER!! AGAIN!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF SPECIAL DAYS (VALENTINES DAY ETC.) BY GAUGING UP PRICES NOT ONLY THAT BUT I ORDERED A DOZEN THEY DELIVERED 8 ROSES I MEAN YOU KNOW VERY UNSATISFIED GOOD LUCK IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM THEM...........
