I CAN NOT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE A SINGLE STAR!!!! (had to though to activate this review)....THERE LESS THEN ZERO IN THERE PHARMACY DEPT!!!...THERES SOME CLOWN PHARMACIST THERE NAMED SAM NAN!!!...APPARENTLY IN HIS MIND HE HAS THE POWER TO CHOOSE BETWEEN WHOM GETS TO HAVE THERE PRESCRIPTIONS REFILLED OR NOT!!!...AND THOUGH I HAD BEEN FILLING MY SCRIPTS AT CVS FOR NEAR A DECADE!!.. THIS MAN-GOD DECIDED THAT SINCE I HAD FILLED ONE OF MY SCRIPTS AT WALGREENS THAT IM SOME KIND OF CORPORATE TRADER OR SOMETHING!!!...THOUGH THE REASON I DID FILL IT AT ANOTHER PLACE WAS BECAUSE CVS WAS OUT OF THE SCRIPT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!...SO WHEN I TAKE MY PRESCRIPTION IN TO BE FILLED AT CVS(Riverview AT 301/Gibsonton Dr.) THIS PHARMACIST SAM NUN TELLS ME (AFTER LETTING ME STAND THERE FOR 20 MINUTES) THAT SINCE I FILLED IT THE LAST TIME AT WALGREENS... TO JUST GO AHEAD AND GO BACK ACROSS THE STREET AND GET IT FILLED AT WALGREENS AGAIN!!!.. AS HE FLIPPED/TOSSED MY PAPER SCRIPT AT ME LIKE IM SOME DOG OR SOMETHING!!!!....ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EVER HAD TO EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!...NEITHER ME NOR ANYBODY IN MY ENTIRE FAMILY WILL EVER SHOP AT CVS AGAIN!!!!...PERIOD!!!!

Late this evening / early morning I came in to have numerous prescriptions filled after a long visit to the St. Josephs emergency room. There was one pharmacist on duty. He told me it was his 1st day at that particular store. He received quite a few calls and drive thru drop offs and pick ups. He was very patient and kind to all customers and frequently told me he would finish my order asap. I was in no hurry aND told him to take his time because he was very busy dealing with somewhat rude customers expecting service beyond his control. He was never once short or nasty to them..he explained that any additional services would have to be taken up with a physician. He was so attentive. Ive seen some bad reviews of this store but this pharmacist and all other employees I encountered were amazing. They get 5 stars from me. Keep up the good work!

If you have scripts to fill and need to go to this location make sure its before 8pm for according to CVS workers who claim "I dont work here Im just helping out" ""all our techs felt at 8pm" and my personal favorite I watched as a customer who works at another location stopped her shopping to help the pharmacy tech fill script. really???? All because one tech is working past 8pm the rest bolted. Went to this location since it was the only 24 location close to me I dropped off 3 script around 9pm on a Tuesday I was told it would be 30mins came back in 30 and scripts arent ready. My scripts were not ready to be picked up till after 10:30pm. I hate this location their always and have been short staffed past 8pm

They are ALWAYS short staffed, which causes a lengthy wait. Then the staff is rude since the lines are unnecessarily long. Now they want want your ID when you submit a scheduled drug AND when you pick it up!!! Plus they do not save my current address or insurance information! Since Walgreens did not renew their contract with Express Scripts, we are forced to use CVS, since they are the only other 24 pharmacy-the catch is, CVS is MORE EXPENSIVE and not professional! Poor excuse for a multi-million dollar business!

Horrible experience , due to insurance I now have to use cvs vs Walgreens . My first time ever filling my prescription at CVS was very disappointed . The pharm techs were rude . No hello nor eye contact . The pharmacist is very rude not willing to answer or clarified any questions and had an overall nasty attitude . I felt shooed away. I give a one star because the cashier did greet me when I enter the store and ask if they can assist me with anything .

This was the worst experience Ive received from any pharmacy. I arrived at 11:00pm to pick up an prescription and didnt get it until after 12am. The pharmacist was very rude and rush me away instead of actually help i sent me away 2 times with them saying my prescription wasnt ready the 3rd time he tried i refused to move and his attitude became even worse. Im writing the review still waiting for the prescription. Horrible service.

I came into the pharmacy and they were extremely busy so many ppl inside at the window and calling it and they handled everyone very fast the worked together well wat a great team.... all over the place switching off trying to make sure everyone was taken care of..... its 9pm may 7th whom ever theses employees are deserve a raise :) thankx guys... much appreciated...

This was the worst pharmacy service ever. Three times I went there to pick up a prescribed medication I had to wait 30 minutes because they did not save my insurance information on their system, and my insurance information was the same all three visits. Some business process needs to be changed at that pharmacy.

Horrible horrible experience. Wish i didnt have to even rate it one star but i have to just to write this post!! Wouldnt recommend this pharmacy. No customer service at all. Nothing but rude to the customers. Manager named Tony yelled in my face even refused to give me corporates number.

Cijia (store front) was very nice, sweet, and corteous!! You dont see great customer service like that nowadays.
