The pharmacist who works at night his name Victor is very rude, has a very bad attitude, complained about him a couple of months ago , dealt with the pharmacy manager Kim the next morning she apologized and she took care of me and promised to talk to him about his attitude and his customer service. Tonight I was at the drive through again to pick up my prescription that I had called in 3 hours earlier and that I was told that it will be ready in an hour .. 3 hours later Im there dealing with his bad attitude and him being rude, my first issue with him was when I asked him to help me use the manufacturer coupon for a very expensive medication and he told me " I dont have time for this , I have other things to do" and tonight he said the same thing when I asked him why us he refusing to give me my medication that I was told over the phone by a live person that it would be ready in one hour. I spoke to the manager on duty Suzan ( she was very professional and respectful) and told her the whole story and she promised me that she will will make sure that my complaint gets to Kim the pharmacy manager in the morning.. lets see how much they care about the customers satisfaction and how the manager is going to deal with my second complaint about the same guy, because his bad behavior and attitude didnt change at all.

The front end ladies are so sweet. Props to Sherry at the cosmetics counter she is always full of energy and greets everyone with her positive energy. Also Miss Joni at the front counter greets everyone with a great welcoming. I refuse to use the pharmacy, they have an attitude as if the customer knows nothing and they know it all. Its their way or the highway. Not willing to help you solve any issues with insurance or anything. I wish I could use this store for all my needs but that just isnt the case.

I think that this is a great store. The staff are hard working and very helpful. The store is well-maintained and I have never had any problems with my prescriptions. I am not sure what others are looking for, but my daughter works for CVS and they treat their staff horribly. I wont even go to the one in Seffner!! These folks work hard for little reward and have to deal with unreasonable people all the time. Have some compassion for these wonderful people.

Unrivaled customer service! I will not get photos printed anywhere else in Tampa! always make sure my photos are of perfect quality before purchase and on multiple occasions have even stayed late without being asked to get my order done on the same day. last year this even included a Christmas Eve emergency photo card rescue after a botched job at Walmart. Walgreens at North Boulevard is seriously the best photo lab in town.

Pharmacy has no clue what they are doing they should have called my doctor as soon as I realized there was a problem with my script I wasted an hour of my time waiting when they told me it was only going to be 25 minutes Dr office had closed had to come back again. Go to CVS
