Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I have never wrote a complaint on any company but this was a complete nightmare. I transferred a prescription from another pharmacy to them on their app. I hear nothing for 5 hours. I walk in and everyone behind the counter is completely clueless as to what happened with my information. The lady takes down my information infront of me and tells me we will get this filled tonight for you. I never heard anything until the next day around 1:00pm and I get a call wanting my insurance info. I give them all of my info and Im told I will receive a call back about coverage. Again, 4 hours later no call. So, I call and no one has a clue as to who I am and what is going on. Im asked several times my name and birthdate from the same lady. Then asks me what the girls name was that called me, and of course I didnt think I had to ask when they called so I told her I had no idea, then asks what time she called and from what number. Literally talking to me like Im stupid. Im put on hold several times and then Im put on the phone with the same girl I had spoken to earlier that same day and she remembers talking to me and then says well we dont have a prescription for you. I of course ask why did you call me earlier and need my insurance information if you didnt, and Im put on hold again. I of course am pissed. Then another lady gets on the phone and starts asking me my name and birthdate again and says well we dont know what happened so can you give me your information again. I of course ask what happened to my information I gave the day before when I walked in, and why I received a call earlier that day if you didnt have my information? How did you have my phone number and why did you know to call me. She of course is clueless. Then asks if I have the phone number for the pharmacy I was transferring my prescription from. YES, LET ME PULL IT OUT OF MY A**. ITS LITERALLY THE WALGREENS RIGHT ACROSS THR STREET FROM YOU. I tell her Im 37 weeks pregnant and needed this prescription filled like yesterday and now 2 days have passed and you are wanting to take my info down again and you say you will call me back. Well I have heard that twice before and didnt hear from you. How about thank you so much for caring about the well being of myself and my unborn child. I told them to forget the darn prescription and hung up.

This CVS is HORRIBLE! They are constantly rude, they never refill prescriptions on time. Most places make you wait 20-30 minutes to pick up your prescription, this place makes you wait at least 2 HOURS! Whenever you drive up there to pick it up at the time they told you to come, they says its not ready and come back in thirty minutes. Well if it wasnt ready then dont say it will be and make me waste my time and gas! Poor service, rude pharmacists, rude managers, rude employees. Do NOT go here. Im switching to Mills avenue where they actually do their job. Also my doctor called in a prescription earlier today, and the lady at CVS said I had no prescription, when really it was on their voicemail that she didnt check. So she said she would check the voicemail and call me back within 30 minutes maximum. 1 hour later and no call from her. I call up there and get another lady who says that the pharmacist STILL hasnt checked the voicemail, I ask her when shell check it and the lady gets an attitude with me and says "were busy, well get to you when we get to you." I start to ask her what time she estimates that will be and she HANGS UP ON ME.

I have been using this pharmacy for some time because of its convenient location, and have had indifferent but acceptable service. After today, however, I will go across the street to Walgreens. My service at the drive through pharmacy window had me feeling like a criminal as I was dropping off a prescription for my son that I have have been required to pick up from his MD and drop off at a pharmacy each month for the past 5 years. I know its controlled! I deal with it every month as I have to drive all over tarnation to time pick up and drop off in order to make sure that we dont run out. I will not use CVS again, anywhere, and I will do my best to share my experience with everyone I know. Use Walgreens my friends. Prices are better there anyway.

I called this location on oct 10, 2010 @ 5:18 am because I had confused ny motrin 800 with an antibiotic. I read the markings on the pill and gave it to the pharmacist. He was very nonchalont, uninterested and said he didnt find the marking anywhere on the list and bring the pill in. when a person is in pain at 5am who feels like driving 30 min. I hung up and called the Mills Ave location and the pharmacist BART was very friendly and assisted me right off the bat. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND HELPED ME WITHOUT A PROBLEM.

Never once has a single one of my prescriptions been on time or without some hiccup with insurance. They state every time that my insurance wont cover the drug until I finally go up to the store and stand there until they solve the problem. (Which is always because they misplaced some information). Every time you visit them be sure to have every insurance card on hand even if its been on file with them for 10+ years, because they wont seem to have it on file any longer.

The pharmacy is about 50/50. Some of the staff are above and beyond helpful, but occasionally the drive through staff are less than friendly. The front counter staff are incredibly friendly. Products are always stocked well, and they are friendly to couponers like me. All in all, I will go out of my way to shop here as opposed to Walgreens or another CVS in town.

Im currently waiting for the pharmacy to pick up their phone. Ive been on hold for 16 minutes now. 7 minutes in a guy picks up the home and says "thank you for calling please hold". Not only am I already ON HOLD, but he didnt even give me a chance to say anything before he placed me on hold again! Worst customer service at this place.

Went there to pick up a prescription with my dogs in the back seat. Lucinda, I believe her name was, proceeded to comment that my dog (who is gentle with even the smallest animal or infant) was clearly "mean" and "would bite". Very rude. Staff should keep their insulting remarks to themselves.

Biggest piece of crap pharmacy ever. The pharmacist Bob Kent is rude, unhelpful, and in general a douche and when you talk to any of the managers such as Laurie, she just tells you there isnt anything she can do about it. Dont waste your time going here and just go somewhere else.

These people are so nice. They may be busy at this ;location, but they smile and are very accomodating when you DO get their help. Keep it up staff!
