Everything about my Wal Greens experience was poor. I call Wal greens a little before 2pm. First off Im on hold for 10+ mins. Second, I let them know Ill be by at 2:45 to pick up my meds. They say ok itll be ready. I arrive right at 2:45. They tell me theyre finishing up itll only be a minute. 5 mins later I come up to the counter after wandering the store. 2:50. I ask politely. They let me know itll be 5 more minutes. At 2:55 I say hey, I need them now, I have to be at work. They say 5 more minutes. I called in advance because I knew I had to be at work just so this exact scenario wouldnt happen. I will not go here again. Im upset I have to go back there as it is.

I use to love coming to this neighbor hood Walgreens for many years ,the past few weeks few new employees have been pretty rude tonight 3|17 the girl at the first register was rude about having to many things ,Im Srry dont u guys have buy one get one free she made a joke to another customer ,u do no u work at a store where PPL come to buy house holds daily things she was short with glasses ,I almost wanted to put back all my stuff and go to CVS poor service poor customer service extremely rude

The only reason i gave this place one star is because I couldnt give the place a zero. Worst customer service experience ever. Went in to the store looking for groceries, came out in tears and promising never to return. The lines are ridiculously long. The cashier (one in particular) was very rude and unqualified, even for a cashier position. She could not even perform everyday transactions. I would never shop at this location ever again.

Worst pharmacy experience, was not even given an option to wait for my much needed prescriptions, just told they would be ready in 2.5 hours. Well guess what? They werent ready. Bottom line if you need a prescription after a surgery or procedure dont go here.

Brought back lotion that was bad and got 1/3 back in store credit while buying another brand lotion and other items equaling 65 bucks . I was told I had to have receipt to get full credit cvswould never do that....pretty pathetic

Always crowded day and night being a 24-hour Walgreens store. Also be careful if you fill or refill a prescription at the pharmacy - some of the pharmacy staff are abrupt and rude and will keep you waiting.

Long line at checkout, manager was casually doing stocking rather than help checkout, even when given seriously frustrated eye contact by other customers, he still ignored the issue. Needs new management!

Large, super busy Walgreens. Very convenient to all of the hotels in the area and on the way to Tampa International Airport for last minute purchases.

Understaffed, backed up. Call center not accurate with actual pharmacy wait times. Was told and hour and waited 2! My employer loved that!
