All I heard was good things about this place! Though my exp was not as pleasant. The service was great! Lots of smiling faces however it was utterly ruined as soon as I received my lunch. I paid $11 for a BLT, onion rings and a small shake. Not asking for the stars, but I excepted more than two overly toasted pieces of bread with several thick slices of tomato, scarce lettuce and a pile of onion/batter mess. There was no rhyme or reason to them. Just a hunk of onion and batter, a poor excuse for onion rings. Lastly the milkshake had just as much whip cream and ice cream, in not more. I think its fair to say I will not be returning if this is the food they will be serving. A complete waste of money in my case Im afraid.

Little Drug Co is an icon in New Smyrna Beach. The soda fountain takes you back in time and offers an array of breakfast and lunch items, along with old fashioned ice cream treats. A few of my favorites include their homemade soups, chicken salad plate, stuffed tomato, BLT, and Patty Melt. Ice cream options include old fashioned sundaes, ice cream cones or dishes, milk shakes, sodas, floats, parfaits, and sherbert freeze. Customer service has always been friendly and welcoming. Food is served from 8am-5pm week days and 8am-3pm on Saturday.

Just like the good ol days. A great little drug store that makes you feel like youve stepped back in time when you are here. Ive had breakfast a few times here and the food and friendly service was always top notch. The ice cream is good and you get a huge amount for the money. Bathrooms are clean and spotless and always smell like they were just cleaned. A true New Smyrna Beach icon.

The $3.50 burgher was satisfactory. The garden salad ok. Small milkshake $3.75 with whipped cream and cherry was fine. Authentic dairy bar setting- french fries perfect. But go for the quaint experiece and some health care products in the drug store you might not see other places especially in Canada where I am from. A very pleasant addition to a few hours shopping on Canal Street.

How can you not love a Pharmacy that is so retro it has a lunch counter. A cheap lunch counter! The menu is mainly lunch and the hamburger is just what you would expect. Its just a fun place to have lunch and visit with a friend. And pick up your meds.

Its a little treat to take my family there once in awhile. Reminds me of a little drug store in North Carolina where we would get floats as a kid. They saved the day when we got glared out of golden biscuit because we had kids.

Love this place! My daughter and I come at least once a week. She loves to sit at the counter and eat the huge ice cream sundays. Great people, great food, and awsome atmosphere. Small town feel and cant beat the price.

Love the Lil Drug Store! Great food and prices. It is like stepping back in time. BLT pretty awesome, but Wednesdays chicken wrap is the best.
