I needed to find a local optician to adjust my Silhouette frames which I finally managed to damage this week despite their high durability. I was greeted by Evan who patiently helped me and set me at ease about the repair. Several minutes later, my glasses reappeared fully fixed and cleaned. Although I had purchased my glasses elsewhere, they did not charge me for the adjustment. I am quite pleased with this level of service and will certainly return with future needs. Thanks Evan!
