I had very little wait time to see the Optomotrist. The office was clean and neat and the front office staff were very friendly and helpful to everyone who came in while I was there. I explained to the Optomotrist that I had been to the Eye Center twice in the past month and both times I ended up with a migraine from all the tests they had done so he went out of his way to make sure I would not have any pain or problems from his exam. He explained to me everything he was doing and why I had been put through so many tests and what alll the results meant. He finished my exam in record time but was very thorough as well. I was very comfortable with him and finally understood what was going on with my eyes. I appreciated his taking the time to answser my questions and telling me to call if I had any more questions and what to expect over time. The lady who took care of helping me pick out my glasses was great. We had fun while I tried on a lot of different styles and got confused trying to remember which ones I liked and which ones I had tried on. She had all kinds of patience with me and encouraged me to keep trying on glasses until I was sure I found what I would be happy with. I never felt rushed or like I was a bother. She was very knowledgable about the styles, my insurance and even what tints would work best for not changing colors of things since I am an artist. When I went back to pick up my glasses and have them fitted again the wait was less than five minutes. The man who took care of me was friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and enjoyed his work just like everyone else I had come across there. I would recommend vision Associates to anyone who needs to have their eyes examined or new glasses. I honestly cant find anything negative to say about any aspect of my dealing with this business. I will not go anywhere else now that I have been here and I am glad my doctor referred me to Vision Associates. I love my new glasses and actually wear them every day which for me is a first. They are comfortable and I dont even notice that I have them on. Plus it is nice to actually be able to see.

I went here with my wife to see about getting an exam. When we arrived there were two employees behind the counter who didnt acknowledge us at all. We patiently waited as they were in the middle of a conversation discussing what their plans were for the weekend. After about 5 minutes, literately, we left without as much as a word from either employee. I have never been treated so rudely before.

Had to go several times to get the lenses corrected for my no line bifocals. The right lens was perfect but the left did not line up with my field of vision for reading, so I have to return them for a third time. In the past they have been excellent so Im not sure why Im having a problem getting glasses that I can actually see out of.
