When you pay almost $600.00 for a pair of glasses and all they can do is put used parts on them and act like its your fault because they do not have the proper equipment. My lenses were replaced by warranty. They told me we could order them and put them in. When the lenses came in they couldnt put them in properly and blamed the company who made them. Not to mention blamed me for not sending them in. I had before had one of the arms replaced. I wanted to order the part when one of the workers replaced it with a used arm. Now my glasses were bebe and had the logo on that arm. The arm she tried to use wasnt even the same color. So they finally ordered the part. I couldnt understand why she wouldnt order the piece when I was paying for it in the first place. Now I have to go back tomorrow because the lenses are still not fully in. In which case, they will have to send them out to the company so its done right. Another inconvenience. So I ask, how long will that take and Im not paying anything for their ignorance. DO NOT GO HERE. They took forever to put them in, took care of other customers because they couldnt get it done and expected you to take it as it is. $600.00 glasses that look like I found them on the street.

This is the most incompetent group of of people I have ever seen working for a business, with the exception of the doctor himself. Even the simplest tasks seemed to be beyond the abilities of the staff here. They reception staff were all sitting idly and chit chatting about customers that had just left in a derogatory fashion. It was so disgusting and incredibly unprofessional and rude. They messed up my prescription, the receipt, the date, etc. The contact lens fitting didnt happen at all, yet they still managed to over charge me for services I never received. No one seemed to be capable of using a computer. The person doing the reflex test was not qualified to do so and did not bother with sanitary precautions or getting the test even remotely right. It was seriously a horror show, and here I am weeks later and I still can not see because these people can not fax a simple sheet of paper. It is truly amazing. This is just a small sample of the nightmare I had going to this wretched place. The only good thing was the doctor seemed friendly and capable and even he seemed annoyed with the rest of the staff. Regardless, I will never go back to this place again, it is terrible

Best experience ever getting glasses and contacts. You schedule an appointment and its so quick. They dont pressure you to upgrade your lenses or frames. In fact Penny and Candy did EVERYTHING they could to keep me in my budget but still get the style i wanted. Told the Dr about my dry eye issue when wearing contacts so he gave me a free pair of contacts to try for a week!!! Ive always went to Dr.Bizers which is now vision world and HATED it you were not going to get out of there without spending hours there and spending hundreds of dollars! If you want a great affordable experience you really need to check 20/20 on Dixie HWY out. Thanks for such a great experience I am definitely telling everyone I know about it.

I got brand new glasses and owned them for 2 days and Ive had to get them adjusted 4 times within the first two days. They keep telling me its because of the cold weather but every time I leave there the glasses dont really fit and when I tell them they just told me thats how theyre supposed to fit. I really need to take them back and return them but when I consulted the ladies at the counter they told me I am supposed to keep getting them adjusted and Im not going up there every day. Ive had these glasses for one week and Ive had them adjusted a total of 5 times and they are still extremely uncomfortable. I go the the valley station location and the ladies at the counter are not very helpful at all.

I used to love this place. It was great for family. But after my experience there today, I wont be back. I said I wanted glasses. But tried on a dozen pairs. Finally I decided on a pair. They basically told me they looked like crap. So I walked away. They knew I was upset so they walked over and changed their mind saying they looked fine on me. So, I decided that I only wanted contacts. Then they had to question me on why, despite that being none of their business.

Rude staff. Made comments to my son about not getting the glasses he wanted because they were "too girly" Then insulted his hair cut saying it looked like he took a pair of scissors to it himself. The ladies at the desk spent the whole time gossiping and making fun of people. It was awful and I should have listened to the reviews. DO NOT GO HERE.

Always friendly, doctors are amazing and prescription is always accurate. The turn around time could be quicker but Im willing to wait for perfection. The guy that fits my glasses when I pick them up is always so positive and helpful!!! My children and I will not go anywhere else!

When I went in there no one greeted me. They looked at me as though I had 2 heads. Like why are you here. Really? I went to the Valley Station location so I guess their not used to see blacks. This is the only place my I could use my eye insurance. Terrible! :(
