Worst place. They oversell products, probably to get a higher commission. They never interact with the patients to see what is best for them. All of them are stuck up and rude to their customers who pay high price money. I went to Americas Best next to the mall and got two pairs of glasses for half the price of one from visionworks. Service was way better at Americas Best and they listen to me on what i need. I will never shop at visionworks again.

Ashley and the staff provide amazing customer service. While finding the store in back of North Star Mall, without visible signs was a challenge. The staff quickly made the search worthwhile.
