Called yesterday to buy a battery and have it installed in my iphone 5s. Gentleman said they have, and it will be $39. Said no problem, I would come down in a little bit, but had an emergency and wasnt able to make it. A day later, I just went there, and there is no more batteries. They said it would take 3-5 days to get them. The gentleman on the phone was very sincere, and helpful. Today was the exact opposite. Better off going to vendor in the mall.

Brought in my "dead" android phone, which Verizon could not fix. Jim fixed it in a flash enabling me to retrieve all the photos I thought I had lost. Great job!! Best place for all repairs. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend for all electronic device repairs.
