If I could give negative amount of stars I would. These people do not know how to run a business. They do not understand the point of CUSTOMER service. They are selfish and only in the business for the money. I have never been more angry or disgusted with such treatment from a business. T-mobile needs to get rid of them as an authorized dealer.. they shouldnt be authorized to do any type of business!

Creepy atmosphere. They stared at us and didnt answer any questions to the point where we felt so uncomfortable we had to awkwardly walk out. Didnt know whether to laugh or get mad?

Excellent customer service. we had bought our phone elsewhere yet the store went. Out of the way to resolve our problem .Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.Recomend them to all.
