Rip-off. Ive had iPhones since the very first one. Even with the inevitable accidental drop, Ive never had a screen break. Finally, it happened. I dropped it and it broke. I took it here because it is close, and Apple didnt have appointments available for weeks. They charge about $25 more than Apple. They replaced it in 20 minutes. Within a week the glass was broken, without a drop. It breaks from any pressure on the glass, even in your pocket. Unlike iPhone original glass which is tough like a car windshield, you can see this is just lightweight, non-reinforced counterfeit, cheap glass. I brought it to Apple to have it repaired with original factory quality Apple glass. Apple informed me that once you let a third party install fake glass on one of their phones, it not only voids your warranty, Apple will not replace the glass or do any repairs on that phone for the rest of its life. So I brought it back in to Red Hot with three separate cracks after only two weeks after they put in their cheap glass. They said they dont guarantee or stand by their products. Theyd just give me $15 off and charge $135. Im not going to do that. Now Im stuck. I would never recommend this place.

I go here at least once a month to get my phone fixed. I work construction so my phone is constantly falling off a ladder or getting crushed by something and getting the screen shattered. The staff is very friendly and very informative and also very quick usually ill leave my phone while Im on my lunch break and by the time i come back its always done and ready to go. what i like about these guys compared to other phone spots is that they dont force unnecessary spending, they fix whats needed, i went to this one in the mall for my home button and they told me i had to change not just the home button but that the mother board had to be soldered, and that a sensor needed to be replaced, the cost to fix it was the same as getting a new phone so i took it here which was recommended to me by coworker. all around a good place and local and somewhat hidden which is good because i hate going to those over crowded malls just for my phone.

Took two iPhone 6s to him paid 270 for them both and they had cracked screens so he supposedly replaced them with lcd screens backed with a warranty. Left and seemed like everything was fine until I noticed a white dot on my screen. Purchased a case that was a clip case and as I was putting it on my screen cracked. Had that case on my old phone and never had any problems. Obviously the screen wasnt all that. I called them to tell them about the white dot and how my screen cracked and they wanted to charge me full price!! After 2 days! And my husbands phone also has blurs on the screen. Bad customer service very money hungry and cheap product. Recently found out apple only charges 100 for a screen fix and you dont lose your warranty. Never coming back here again.

The worst tragic moment of my life happend to me today, i had just bought finally my own iphone 6 with my own money, and as im walking out the store, phone in hand, i randomly trip, and my phone lands on the edge of a small pot hole and left a huge impression on my phone. I didnt know what to do. I called a few friends and went to red phone hot repairs, the name sounded nice so i went with it. I went to the store a tall gentleman approach me, name started with an S dnt remember cuz i just cared about my phone. He completly fixed my phone, he was very polite, he seemed to know exactly what he was doing and made me feel like my my money wasnt wasted on an exspensive phone with no insurance. Satisfied with Red Hot Repairs!!

I called a lot of places to have my daughters iPad mini screen fixed and lets just say I would of been better off if I bought a new iPad mini. When I called Red Hot Repairs I spoke with Alex, I went in and dropped off the mini 1hour later it was good as new for a fraction of what their competitors were asking. John did an amazing job and I couldnt be happier I highly recommend Red Hot Repairs for their product knowledge, fair pricing, professionalism and sleek clean atmosphere. Great job guys keep it up. This place was so great! I had an entirely broken screen (the glass screen and the color screen) and slightly water damaged iPhone 5s. They fixed the phone in less than a day (same day pick up), and it turns on with a clear screen and everything just fine! The price was affordable and reasonable as well. They also offers a warranty on the screen just in case there are any glitches or a pop up of any problems. I spoke to the owner he was so friendly, cooperative, and informational.

Brought in a Samsung S4 that the dog chomped on- cracked the screen and more :( I thought it could not be repaired and would have to by another phone ($$$$$$) Stopped into Red Hot Repairs and Alex saved the day!!! Only I place I go to to get my phone and iPad fixed. Been coming here for about 2 years and havent ever had anything to complain about. The one guy Alex thats always there is a pro aside from being very friendly to customers he is like a phone wizard, he truely knows what he is doing and everything is at good prices. I wouldnt take my business anywhere else thats for sure.

Never taking my phone anywhere else! After a bit of searching I came across this place because of their impressive pricing. I brought my broken phone in and when it came back to me it looked brand new! Didnt take too long either. If you ever have any problems ask for him. Hell make sure to take care of you. No more long waits at the Apple Store for me! Best hidden secret!

Customer service is the best by FAR!!!!! Ive been else where but always had issues NOT with Red Hot Repairs. Great price for both my Samsung phone and my mothers iphone. Friendly and fast service. I would highly recommend Red Hot Repairs in East Islip for anyone who needs a screen replace. Also I got my UAG case from them with my screen protector at a great price!!!!

Took five visits there and back to get my ipad screen sealed correctly. When they finally did seal it, it came with a bunch of dust enclosed in the new screen. They also looked through my notes and personal information. Regret ever going here. Save your time and money and go to the place down the road!

The guys at Red Hot are amazing. Everyone said I needed to buy a new phone but these guys were able to fix it for a fraction of the price. So wonderful to support a business that doesnt encourages unnecessary spending. The guys that work there were very honest and provided wonderful customer service.
