My experience with both the store and its representative Ronald was amazing. Ronnie was helpful, educated, and made me feel very comfortable in my buying experience. Not only did Ronald ensure I had the right phone but he also took the time to review my plan and ensure i had the correct insurance to protect my great new IPhone. I would recommend anyone to Ronald especially to ensure they are in the right plan as he takes time out to make sure you feel amazing about your experience with Verizon.

Ronnie and Dave were SO helpful today. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I had an issue with my iPhone 6, where my phone just shut off (motherboard issues), and they had assisted me and guided me in all of the right directions, and I now have a lovely iPhone 7, and am forever grateful for all of their help. This is the Verizon store to go for all of your needs, or even if you are looking to switch carriers. I promise you will not be disappointed! :)

I had a great experience at this Verizon store. I was able to get my whole family an upgrade in a matter of minutes because the workers at the store work with such a great sense of urgency. They really work with such fluency and interact on such a personal level with their customers, donating their time to allow for the customers to learn. Overall this Verizon store is unique and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Highly recommend this location. The service was great, and the employees was very helpful and nice! I had speedy service and they helped me set up my phone completely. They answered any question I had abou the new phone I purchased! I am definitely be going back!
