Worst service of my life. Went in to get help because my phone black screened out of nowhere. Got told my phone was "Fried" but I could get a new one. I had previously looked at the price of the Samsung Galaxy S8 online and it was on sale for about 200 less than Verizon was offering it for. Told this to the clerk helping me and he told me it might not work with Verizon as a provider. So you mean to tell me, a manufacturer of phones would be unable to provide me the correct phone to ensure I can get coverage under my service provider? Do you understand that they make the phones that your customers use? On top of that he tried to tell me it would cost me less to buy from Verizon, as my line access would increase from $20 to $40 for switching phones purchased at the store, but if I bought the phone from Samsung my line access would remain at $20. Now I am no mathematician, but I can clearly see that the better option is to buy my phone direct from Samsung. I do not appreciate your demeaning tone of voice, treating me as if I do not understand and am incapable of making an informed decision. It was a pathetic attempt to make sales.

I waited in line yesterday for a wall charger for my Retinal Display iPad. The clerk gave me the wrong cord. So now I go back to exchange it and instead of apologizing and taking care of me I have to wait inline for their mistake. There is no common sense or customer service here. After waiting 25 minutes it took the rep less than a minute to get the correct charger! She said I had to wait because they did not want to upset the other people in line already. What about me having to go all the way back to the store because their mistake?

I can honestly say, that through my entire contract, and 3-4 visits to this store, I have never once left happy or satisfied. While I understand that the employees here are only following Verizons policies, the customer service reps are retarded. I have been waiting for this damn contract to end, and they keep giving me different dates that it ends on. Verizon is horrible to begin with and these guys put the exclamation point on that sentence! Stay away and do yourself a favor, pick another carrier.

Walked into the store 20 minutes before closing because I had an issue with my sim card. There was no wait, Andrew started helping right away and got a new sim card in 10 minutes. Made sure all the settings were right before I left and didnt try to upsell me or convince me a new phone was needed. Pretty great customer service!

Hands down my worst experience at a Verizon store. We waited for over an hour before walking out. We watched a group of people move ahead of us because they were friends of the manager. The guy who took the names got snotty with us when we were upset about the people moving ahead. We will never go back to this store again.

I went to Verizon store at trumbull mall and the person that tried to help me didnt know about a new promotion on the website. So i went to Verizon at Fairfield and the manager did everything to help me. From today this is my Verizons store. Thank you guys!

Horrible help. Had an issue with the recent update and the rep said that they dont deal with that and I should call Verizon. 2 years ago I came in to buy a phone and they jumped all over it. They suck. The reviews about this place are spot on.
