Nice enough people but as we started going through the process of upgrading our phones, they wanted an activation fee for each one. I had already called the 800 verizon number and they had said there wouldnt be any activation fees for the share plan and iphones I was choosing. The staff at the store said the people on the phone were probably wrong and all the stores charge a fee. They said if I ordered my phones online, Verizon would still send me to the store to activate them and charge the fee. At that point, I stopped the process, went home and called the 800 VW number again. Long story short, this store is not a real Verizon retail store, but a "premium retailer". Apparently, many of them are, with the Verizon signs and everything. The Verizon rep on the phone sent me to the closest Verizon store which was in the Trumbull mall. As promised, no fees. Saved $120 ( 3 phones upgrades). Not sure if the Shelton sales folks were really unaware or just misleading. Lesson learned, call the 800 number before walking into the store.

My parents are senior citizens and came to this store to replace the charger on my fathers basic phone. He was told by the salesman that in order to replace the charger hed need my dads social security # in order to access his account. For a charger? My parents are unaware of this stuff so my dad gave it to him. He was then told that his charger was a "special order" and it would cost $30. The salesman than proceeded to push on him why he needed to upgrade to a smartphone. Really? My 70 year old father who came in on a walker needs a smartphone? This is totally classless and Id warn others to stay away from this store. I did end up calling the store a couple hours later and spoke with the "store captain". To be fair, I felt he was approachable and listened to my complaint. He said he would find out who it was and talk to them. I give him points for his response, but Id never go to this store again.

Daniel Corbo, is the MAN! He is who assisted us when we came into the store, and he worked with us patiently for a little over 2 hours. We had a very complex issue, and needed to make many changes to join Verizon, and to set up our phones, and Daniel took time to answer all of our questions, he explained everything in detail. He allowed us to make our own choices, he wasnt pushy. Never did he make us feel rushed or a waste of time, his customer service was beyond exemplary! He by far was awesome! He deserves a raise really for all the hard work that he did! When you go in be sure to ask for Daniel Corbo he is the best, hands down!

We went in to see what we could do to lower our bill because we kept going over the data each month. We updated my old phone, were told the unlimited data would reduce the bill and were talked into buying an Elipsis 8 tablet for $75 and a one time monthly charge. However, our bill is higher now and the one time monthly charge is a monthly charge. I feel deceived and disappointed by this transaction. Be careful and ask if they are a Verizon Corporate store or a Verizon third party store. You will be better served with a Verizon Corporate store which this is NOT.

Had an awesome experience at the Shelton CT Verizon store. Rod and Brittany made the experience amazing! Ive been a Verizon customer for longer then I can remember and by far this was the most helpful, knowledgable and pleasant visit to a store, which I usually dread, that Ive ever had. Ive gone to multiple places and the experiences were always ehhh reps either didnt seem to care or have the patience. If you go to Shelton ask for Rod or Brittany they have the knowledge, expertise and patience to make the overall customer experience TOP SHELF!!!!!

SCAMMERS!!! Sales person lied how much services are and phone when switching - they made me pay FULL PRICE for the phone didnt use my upgrade - they screwed me over after months of aggravation who the hell has time to play games with them when people have to go to actual work they dont have to call every freakin day to Verizon because they are stupid - one person says something different next time you call the other person promises something different. THE WORST VERIZON LOCATION they run around like chickens with their heads cut off- MORONS

They told me one thing my bill is up now they offer me a stupid phone that can not hold charge no matter what I do or they do I only care charge for 4 to 5 hours in the new phone Im paying a arm and leg for suppose to be the best. Go figure I only have. For 6 months now they charge a $ 1 extra fee couse I happened to take extra cash out of my bank account dicide to use in my phone bill went to this location they want me to pay $ 1 extra for me 2 pay my bill no no I can wait for this contract be over ..??? Shane was excellent. I had a less than pleasant experience with Mark on Saturday. When I returned today (Sunday) I went in prepared for war to get them to fix the mistakes that Mark made. Shane completely resolved all my issues and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I will continue to patronize the store due to Shanes impeccable customer service. I will never again purchase a phone from Mark.

I went from an iPhone using AT&T today to switching over to an Android with Verizon at the Shelton store with Noam. Not only was Noam upfront but he was extremely approachable and friendly! He stayed an extra hour to make sure I understood everything and answered all questions with a smile on his face! If youre looking for a new phone and even service ask for Noam in Shelton!

I went in to the Shelton Store to get a new Iphone 6. Brittany was my sales associate and she was awesome. She is super nice and helpful and is also very knowledgeable about all the products that they sell in the store. The store itself was also very organized and clean and I would definitely recommend going to this store over any other Verizon store.

Noam is particularly helpful and happy to answer any question I may have.
