The service in this store is horrible. The manager is rude; she talks to you in a condescending matter. The sale reps are incompetent. T Mobile should fire them all. They should start with a new manager that is nice and doesnt look or talk to you as if youre an idiot. The sale reps should be smart and know what his or her job entails. There is a right way and wrong way to talk to people especially the public. The manager should definitely take courses in customer service asap.

The very tall young man helped save our service with T-mobile. We were trying to resolve a phone issue for a month and finally decided to walk in. He took very good care of us and went out of his way to provide great service. My girlfriend even ran across the street and gave him a Starbucks gift card for all the trouble.

I have always had rude service here. Including charging me $20 for a sim card to fit in my new device. If I have to go back to this place I think Id rather change providers.
