It would seem as though this store is running a scam. I bought an S5 in June from this retailer. At the time of purchase, the manager told me that I was entitled to a $50 mail-in-rebate. He insisted hed mail it in for me. He insisted that they mailed multiple rebate cards in at one time. The rebate was a deal sweetener for the purchase of the phone. I took the bait. When I called the store in July, the manager told me that my rebate had been received and was being processed. When I called in October, he told me to handle it myself by checking the sprint website for rebates. 16 weeks, and Sprint has no record of any such rebate. Sprint told me that whatever rebate I was entitled to was given at the time of purchase. Throw on top of that this debacle...when they activated the phone in the store, they initially sold it as an iPhone. The manager then "corrected" the sale and put it in as a Galaxy. For weeks, my wife couldnt receive any correspondence from anyone with an iPhone as their phones were sending messages to an iPhone number that did not exist. Makes me wonder...did the sales rep get credit for selling two phones that day? Sprint finally fixed that issue after weeks of confusion. The store manager told me hed offer me a discount on more in-store merchandise for my troubles. He can keep it. Im never giving that store my money. You should think twice before shopping there too. Stick with legitimate Sprint stores and avoid these re-purposed, glorified beeper depots.

I walked in looking to switch from Verizon to Sprint. I was introduced to Louis, Nabeel, and Asad. We got very friendly as we were talking about different phones and options and they pointed me to the plan that will suit my usage side I needed 3 phones. They were honest and great to work with. They offered me deals on cases and sure enough after switching over 3 lines they set me up and I was ready to go. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking to get Sprint service. These guys proved to me that quality and service has improved. 5 stars to the manager Asad and his staff.

It was a big surprised that when I wanted to do an exchange for a phone, I found out (by accident) that not 1 iphone 7 was purchased but 3 and a charge had been made on my account. I am pissed beyond belief. Sprint still has only returned the money that was charged but no action has been taken against the person who authorized this without consent. Its shocking.

Absolutely wonderful service!! Asad was very helpful and gave us the best plan that fit my family. I would highly recommend going to this store for sprint users. The staff is so helpful and honest. I will continue to use Sprint because of them.

Beware of this 3rd party Sprint store. Had the same exact thing happen that the other reviewer described. We purchased one IPhone 7. 3 more were added to our account and ANOTHER calling plan. The guy is an absolute crook.
